Buky is an all-in-one online booking and client management platform for appointment-based service businesses: hair and beauty salons, spas and wellness studios, massage and physical therapists, private practices and small clinics, fitness instructors, tutors and independent professionals. Clients book available slots themselves through a public booking page or a direct link, 24 hours a day, with no phone calls or back-and-forth messaging. Buky then handles the rest of the appointment automatically — confirmations and reminders by SMS, email and WhatsApp, cancellation and rescheduling rules, minimum and maximum booking windows, and working hours, breaks and holidays. For the business, Buky provides a shared team calendar with day, week, month and list views, per-staff schedules and rotas, service and resource management, a client database with visit history, invoicing, support for multiple locations under one account, and reporting on bookings and clients. Payment processing and calendar sync integrations are available, along with AI-assisted setup for new accounts. Buky runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and mobile, so owners and staff can manage the schedule from anywhere. Businesses using Buky report up to 50% fewer no-shows thanks to automated reminders, and clients booking 2.3x faster than by phone. Buky is used by 90+ teams, is available in English and in Serbian, Bosnian and Croatian, and offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Paid plans start at $29 per month.
