As an HR Manager, Built For Teams has completely changed how my team tracks their hours worked, submits their timesheets, and requests time off. Built For Teams has made my job so much more efficient and streamlined. It has also saved employees' time in not having to deal with emails back and forth. It increases team transparency now that everyone can easily see when people have time off scheduled. The program is user-friendly and easy to teach to new team members. The only thing that I dislike is in regards to submitting PTO based on a rigid schedule. Example - Employee A works four ten-hour shifts, M-Th., and is assigned to this schedule in Built. If employee A needs to switch their shift for any reason and work T-F, and needs to take PTO time on Friday, Built will not allow the employee to do so, as they are not assigned to the T-F schedule. This situation requires the Built administrator to make the PTO adjustment manually, which is very easy to do but does require manual intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
