What do you like best about Built?

Good user interface.

Lots of options and felxibility for creating policies.

Easy to read color coded calendar.

Allows for multiple locations with seperate policies if nessesary.

Option to appove multiple requests from multiple staff at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Built?

It would be nice to seperate PTO (Personal Time Off) request type from a WFH (Work from Home) request type instead of making WFH a PTO type of request. It could use a more custom reporting options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the app does not show the calendar. when linking with an email calendar not everyone showed on calendar and would not update. expl calendar would show the sevice dep. but not the parts,sales or admin time off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am also more than happy to pass on your request to add the calendar to the app to our Product and Development Teams. As far as other departments not showing up on the calendar, this may be a permissions setting in Built for Teams that was set up by your Company Admin in the software. Different permission settings should allow you to see all departments on the calendar.

Hi! We are so glad to hear that our calendar feature has been so beneficial to you! With the org chart, it can be hard to see a large organization on your screen all at once, but many customers appreciate the ability to create and view their organization by Chart Sections. This would allow you to get much clearer data without having to zoom in and scroll through your entire organization. What do you like best about Built?

I like that you are able to easily add PTO and check how much time you have left for the year. You are also able to see your personal information and quickly edited it if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Built?

I am not sure if I have any dislikes when using the desktop or phone app. I will say that always having to log into it can get annoying and time-consuming even if you request that the app keeps you logged in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Built?

I like the ease of using the tool for submitting requests for time off and how it helps me keep track of what earned time off I have used up. It is also easy to get my requests approved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Built?

It is difficult to find any downsides to using Built for Teams. It has been so user-friendly that I have not had issues with it. Maybe if I change my mind about time off, then it took a minute to figure out how to change the request once submitted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Built?

Teams is very easy to use. I can easily see how many hours of PTO I have and can request time off quickly. I like seeing the calendar with the whole team's PTO. That is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Built?

I can only request off a half-day (4 hours) or a whole day (8 hours). I wish I could take off 2 hours at the end of the day or for an appointment at any time of the work day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for leaving us a review. We're happy to hear how easy to use our PTO solution is. We actually do offer multiple time increment choices to choose from. However, company admins choose the time increments their employees can use to request time off.
