What do you like best about Buildium?

Everything is just click away. No more pulling out physical file drawers and searching through papers.

Easy to use. Number of features and integration of these features. Love the text communication integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buildium?

Unable to reprint 1099. Only one email can be used for each vendor, landlord, tenant. So if a landlord is also a vendor we cannot use their main email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Buildium?

As one who writes up a lot of leases, having a flexible e-signature process has worked very well for us. Easy to add additional PDFs and Word documents, and mark the appropriate fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buildium?

There are some strange things you need to do where I had to call in their technical support to implement their work-around; their phone support has just about always have come up with a solution to get what I needed done. Would not recommend their email support, it takes too long (often a day or two). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Buildium?

The best feature which we explored and that helped us like a charm is the way its all in one feature, we were looking for leasing property but the software is designed so well that we ended up navigating things that were not related to leasing and those smooth navigation through one property to another helped us gaining a lot of market knowledge and the prices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buildium?

There is no such downside for this but if I have to mention something I'll probably mention about one glitch we observed that in starting first clicks on the website worked a bit slower or I'll say it was not running properly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Buildium?

What do you dislike about Buildium?

No place to put pictures, notes, etc. for overall property. Thought about creating a Unit for the property, but then that affects the performance metrics.

Inspection reports are not user friendly for me. I'm the construction manager that remotely determines what repairs and improvements need to be done. I'd like to be able to review the pictures sequentially, not have to back out and then pick another picture. Pictures are blurry unless the person taking the pictures holds the camera still for several seconds after taking the picture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for your review, Philip. If you aren't an administrator on your Buildium account, the kind of information you can add to a property may be limited by the user role you were assigned by one your the administrators. If that is the case, we recommend reaching out to your management to see what kind of access you have.

If you ARE an administrator on your Buildium account, you can add pictures, notes, relevant files, and other information when you are on a specific property's record by clicking on it from the Properties page in the Rentals menu. For pictures, you should see an "Upload picture" link below the default image. Scrolling down from there, you will find a Notes section, Files section, and more. You can get more detailed guidance from our customer care team, which you can contact through your Help & Support menu.

What do you like best about Buildium?

I like the fact thati can keep track of all accounting and rent payments. Also keeps track of all the task that i have to take care of. Easy to use to communicate with tenants and condo owners. Just very easy to use. Customer service is also always very helpful. I like this CRM alot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buildium?

Sometimes i have to wait to talk to someone. The call back feature is great. If you miss the phone call though you have to call back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
