What do you like best about Buildium?

I love that everything is all in one place! Very straightforward and easy to use. The video tutorials were very well done and a great tool when first starting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buildium?

I think the payment structure could be improved. Perhaps a better integration with banks and implementing QR Codes could help. Also, I am not very familiar with other integrations that can be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

QR codes for payments sounds very interesting. If you haven't already, go to the "Suggest a feature" page in your Buildium account's Help & Support menu and provide details about that and anything else you've got in mind.

it lacks certain commercial real estate features like storing multiple year's insurance certificates, allowing tenant users to submit tickets without having access to financial information, and support of credit accounts in their banking and reporting functionalities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Buildium?

Easy to use and for a small business would be best who do not need a lot of information for their business. Entering guest cards very easy and work orders very easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buildium?

Closeout and financials are not user-friendly. This product needs improvement as far as being able to correct items and has a better list to manage and see. Application process took way too long to receive the checks back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
