The maintenance tracking module is the most useful tool for managers I've ever come across. You can create work tickets from the office, it hits your maintenance technicians phone, and then they can complete and close out the ticket even with pictures. I do not have package tracking at my current property, but if I did this would be a godsend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The program does take a long time to set up since you have to provide them with so much information that needs to be in their format, but it's worth it in the long run. It's also fairly expensive, but it's so all encompassing you can get rid of other association management software to save some money.
