The best thing about BuildingIQ is within months it deliverd a positive ROI for us

**What do you dislike about BuildingIQ?**

One thing I dislike about BuildingIQ is that the implementation was a little difficult

**What problems is BuildingIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BuildingIQ reduced our HVAC expense and their upfront cost was very low which is great for us!

Sometimes the loading time is more for the user.
