"Streamlined Workflow Management with User-Friendly Interface"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Building Engines?

I really like Building Engines because it's user-friendly and has ease of use. It's kind of like a one-stop shop that makes my life easier, helping with managing and maintaining workflow, and improving visibility and communication with all parties, including tenants and contractors. I also appreciate the live status updates, emails, notifications, and such, which are really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Building Engines?

When we create a work order in Prism, it needs to transfer and sync with the JLL internal platform called MRI. Right now, every 24, 48, or 72 hours, it just syncs, but sometimes it doesn't sync successfully. I'd suggest implementing a system where changes sync at the end of the day, regardless of the current time intervals, to avoid constant updates and improve efficiency. Also, a video upload feature would be great for the facilities related issues. The feature is there, however it seems crashing all the times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Easy Communication with Tenants and Staff"
5/5
What do you like best about Building Engines?

I like how easy it is to communicate with our tenants and staff. Whether it is a comment in a work order or sending out notices via the "Communications" tab, I can relay information out fairly quickly. I also love the customer support chat. If I have ever have a question on how to do something, I know I can rely on that service for answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Building Engines?

In the application specifically for iPhone, it often tends to stay stuck for a long time, as if the application needs to be closed and reinstalled because not all work orders load, but rather it remains in a sort of limbo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the interface of Building Engines is nice and clean. It is mostly organized nicely, which means that I know where to go to find something or use one of the modules. For the most part, it covers everything we need to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Building Engines?

It's so slow. I don't know if it is because I have access to all of the properties and users as an admin for my company, but things take so long to load. The initial setup was difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Mobile Management Solution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Building Engines?

I use Building Engines for a lot and I think the tenant emergency communication is great, and the building PM's really assist our engineering team. I love that it's very user-friendly, so tenants never have an issue getting set up. The mobile app is great because I can quickly assign work orders to my team through the app when I'm away from the office or my computer. I also appreciate the monthly Prism calls with Jordan—they're amazing. It's very convenient to have the monthly support calls with Building Engines to go over all the updates and any changes with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Building Engines?

Maybe upgrading the tenant experience aspect of it more, being able to include upcoming pop ups or events that are building specific. Maybe being able to post something in a bulletin board format so the tenants can browse all the upcoming events and RSVP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
