Prism has been a welcome update to the Building Engines system. It's intuitive and user friendly, making training a breeze for new users. Everything we access on a day to day basis from work orders to amenities schedules is all in one place. The auto-assign feature is great because it allows for ease of work order input without having to determine who to send a work order to, which is helpful for shifts that don't have frequent contact with the rest of the building staff.
