I find Building Engines to be extremely beneficial for my role in property management. I love how it makes it effortless for the entire team to stay informed about issues within the building. This system eliminates the need for one person to individually inform everyone, as everyone is already in the loop, which significantly reduces the volume of emails I receive regarding maintenance and access cards. This effective communication system streamlines our workflow, saving precious time and effort. I also appreciate being able to view the name, company, and location of someone who submits a work order. This feature is incredibly useful for following up with tenants and promptly addressing the specific locations of issues. Additionally, I found the initial setup process of Building Engines to be exceptionally easy and efficient, which greatly facilitated a smooth transition to using this system. I do like that I'm able to get ahead of COIs expiring and it helps me better understand what the client wants.
