Then I discovered BuildFire, an impressive platform with a great support, which allowed me to create my app in no time, with zero coding or dealing with developers. This is a great company. Sean was amazing, James was super great, BuildFire has been a great experience. I would recommend. The most useful part of BuilFire, I have found, is the responsiveness of the team and how quickly our needs were met. Also, the very long list of plug-ins and how easy the back-end is to navigate. The only issue I ran into was not being notified when our app was no longer available in the IOS app store due to changes I had made on the back-end. What problems is Buildfire solving and how is that benefiting you? We have needed a walking site map of our venue for years, which is where this project began. We needed something to help our guests navigate our intricate pathways and various food and drink offerings without confusing things. Our venue is already flooded with signage, and instructing staff to tell everyone where everything is accurate, was not working out for us. Buildfire has helped immensely in this by solving all of the listed problems; we now have a medium for guests to view a map as they walk, we have the ability to let guests view and order food from their phones, as well as all the functions as our website carries. Buildfire is really good at the plug-and-play app development that they do. It's as simple as making a SquareSpace page. The process happens really fast. with the lowest business level subscription, start to finish takes place in less than 8 weeks, which is lightning fast if you have normal day job responsibilities and haven't outlined every thing you'd like along the way. The sales and customer service team has been fantastic to work with. Everything I have wanted to build or fix with my app has been met with curiosity and a great willingness to make it work. Dan, with the sales team, is always looking out for my best interest, only recommending products I actually need/use and helping me find creative solutions to keep my app within budget while still giving users an excellent experience. Sepopo from the customer service department has been very responsive and quickly understands what I need/want when I have issues or want something changed or fixed. Although I don't work with the developers directly, I always get the result I am looking for. I am so grateful for everyone's help in making my app a success. I've been getting rave reviews! I would prefer more options for design and functionality for my specific type of app. As a meditation app, I'd love to be able to have scrolling options and swiping options within the home screen, but don't want to pay for custom development for that feature.
