The customer service team was a great help as we set up our app. Many times I had someone call or email to check on us, just to make sure everything was going OK. I wish there were more flexible payment options. In our case, we were creating an app for an event that happens once a year. It would be nice to pay for service when we need it and be able to save the work we've done from year to year. Instead of having to cancel the service and start over again the next year. When we came across BuildFire, we were looking for a simple app builder that we could use to create an app for an event. We wanted to create a way to give our attendees the information they needed, as well as have a way to communicate with them through push notifications.
