What do you like best about Buildertrend?

I like Buildertrend's ability to track employees in real time, as it lets me know where the employees are at all times. It's valuable for decentralizing the need to clock in from one central area, and I find this functionality really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buildertrend?

Connectivity in remote places is a challenge. Also, there's no full interface with QuickBooks which requires me to manually download hours logged in Buildertrend and input them into QuickBooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search tab is not the best, and the chat response time has gone way downhill from the past, also not being able to link multiple jobs in the schedule so we have to keep re adjusting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the daily logs really helpful as they provide a clear record of the project and the key milestones that are achieved each day. We used BuilderTrend from start to finish - from your first estimate (and being able to receive payment), through managing the project, updating our clients, and wrapping and documenting everything, and finishing up real nicely (and being able to receive payment).
