For me, the biggest benefit is having all project-related information in one place: schedules, financials, client communication, vendor communications, and internal information management. Each project has its own dedicated space, which saves us time and effort. The interface is easy to use, and they have a team of experienced people who help you as you explore the different functionalities.
As an estimator, the integration with Home Depot and Lowe’s allows us to keep their pricing on hand for our estimates. The price is reasonable, and considering the capabilities of the software, I’m satisfied. The program is also linked to Square Takeoff, which expands my estimating capabilities without having to pay for an extra software license.
It can handle heavy loads of information, and it has improved our selection process with clients and how we communicate those selections to our team, so everyone stays informed. The main drawback is that the program is always being improved, so our internal processes have to keep evolving right along with it.
