BuilderPlan is construction scheduling software built around a visual Whiteboard, so everyone, in the office or on site, can see how work connects across trades, what comes next and what depends on them. Describe a job in your own words, or start from your bid documents or drawings, and BuilderPlan's AI lays it out on the Whiteboard: tasks, milestones, dependencies, work estimates and the crews to do the work. The same plan is also shown as a full Gantt chart with critical path and float. Use AI Chat to find risks, see what drives the finish date and make changes. Keep the field and office working from the current schedule. Send owners and subcontractors a link to a live Gantt chart or lookahead report that is always up to date and needs no account, or export to PDF and PNG. The free plan includes every AI feature, with no credit card required. Paid plans add multi-user editing, baselines, project costing, and Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 import/export.
