BuilderMaxPro is bilingual construction operations software for general contractors, specialty contractors, subcontractors, and remodelers. It brings project tracking, estimates, proposals, change orders, invoices, client portals, schedules, timesheets, jobsite tasks, photos, documents, and Stripe payment workflows into one web and iOS platform. Texas-focused lien tools help teams organize supported notice, lien affidavit, retainage, and related deadline workflows from project facts entered by the user. The product also offers AI-drafted estimate suggestions that users review before use. BuilderMaxPro supports English and Spanish interfaces, includes a free plan, and offers 14-day trials on paid plans. Its lien features provide workflow support and information, not legal advice.
