BuildWorkPro is the all-in-one construction project management and ERP platform built specifically for trade subcontractors — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, concrete, framing, and more — not general contractors. It covers the full subcontractor workflow: bidding and estimating with line items, labor rates, and markup; AIA-style pay applications with a schedule of values and retainage; change orders with approval workflows; project management with phases, tasks, and Gantt charts; daily site logs; time tracking; a sales pipeline and CRM; document management; and reporting. It's web-based and works on phone, tablet, and desktop. One flat price — $79/month or $790/year — with unlimited users and projects, all features included, and a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
