It was free! It was also easy for our developers to understand, easy to identify bugs/issues, with comments, notes, etc. We enjoyed that you could add screenshots and comments. I could not identify how to set up work streams or assign / add followers. It seemed too basic for us. Other PM tools in my past have been much easier / robust for my teams need. Bugzilla is not an ideal solution for our company it is hard to use for multiple group. The customization is not what we need for it to be. It works as a solution but could have many improvements to make it better. There should be better tracking and note availability. It is not easily searched as it is just by title. Search ability is the biggest issue I have when using Bugzilla, it just searches the titles and that means that I need to know how someone else tables something.
