Bugly is inspired by the Stripe API and responds in JSON ( JavaScript Object Notation ) and for computer geeks JSON is bit familiar. even Their RESTful API is still in Beta that's excites me more.it also has a various interesting features including video training console.It Helps detects bugs & viruses on employees computers remotely, especially if you have multiple locations. The one thing that i personally think that the scope of bugly is single purpose API. and you can also consider no live support is also a dislike content of bugly. It is available on all the platforms so there no issue devices. It is multilingual so few different options are available. You also have test/quizzes over here. It also allows you to provide proper certification. The best part is that it also gives monthly payment model and annual payment and it is quite cheap compared to its competitors. For pricing, not much to dislike but there is no live support available. But still, the response is quite fast.
