**What do you like best about Bugify?**

1. Easily record the bugs that are identified.
2. You can add the screenshot as well as the video.
3. Integration also helps us with tracking.
4. History shows us when the bug was raised and who raised it.
5. Bug id through which you search the bug.

**What do you dislike about Bugify?**

1. Sometimes it is very complicated to search for the bug.
2. There is no tags to search the bugs easily

**What problems is Bugify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. As a payment gateway company, we have to make sure that each bugs is resolved and tracked.
2. The history also shows how many days a developer takes to resolve the bug.
3. Sometimes developer ignore the bug by saying it is obsolete, where Screen shot help
