What do you like best about BugHerd?

It's the easiest way I've found to give website related feedback; it's quickly deployed and ideal for tracking the implementation of feedback as well. It's also very easy to integrate -- the Chrome plug-in means it's intuitive and easily available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugHerd?

Using some of the features can be a little tricky to set up right - tagging items at annotation creation is ideal so that they go to the right place/person, but this can feel a little clunky Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BugHerd?

The ease of training end users. Most get how to use BugHerd the first time. If I had to teach someone Jira it would not work at all. But with BugHerd they get to reporting issues with little delay. We here at breezysites.co use the tool every day.

Getting users to implment this tool is much less effort than comparable tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugHerd?

No downsides that I know of. Most of the issues are around people forgetting to use the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BugHerd?

Bugherd is extremely effective in allowing our non-techy clients to be able to explain what they would like to change, without us having to setup long winded screensharing review sessions with them. They can point and click, leave us as many notes as they want and we can see the comments arrive as they review. It's superb. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugHerd?

I don't have any crticisms about Bugherd as a product. It continues to be developed all of the time so I'm excited to see where it goes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BugHerd?

- Integrates well with my browser,

- Great tagging system (e.g. severity, team member),

- Quick bug raising (requires a minimal amount of clicks),

- Allows great communication between teams,

- Automatic screenshot capture and precise pin placing on the site,

- Neat & Modern User Interface,

- Frequent updates - always improving,

- Great customer support,

- Implementing Bughers in our company was smooth,

- I no longer hate testing thanks to Bugherd and I use it daily :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugHerd?

The screenshot editing tools need improving, especially editing the shapes and keyboard shortcuts like undo, copy/paste, and delete Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BugHerd?

BugHerd is a really helpful internal tool for our subsidiaries to report any issues or corrections on our website. With our website being available in 9 languages, our subsidiary marketers use BugHerd to notify us of any translations or images which need to be corrected. Our tech support team has access to BugHerd to report any incorrect links or changes to our product support team.

We further link BufHerd to Monday.com using Zapier so any reported bugs get fed directly to our Monday boards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugHerd?

The pins sometimes don't show so I need to take a few extra steps to see what the reported issue is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BugHerd?

We love bugherd bc it has improved our QA process, specifically for designers and PMs reviewing and approving eng work before it goes to QA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugHerd?

The notifications are not where they need to be. They are structured poorly and you have to either choose to be undernotified or overnotified, no in between customizations. The Slack integration needs to be greatly improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
