The ease of training end users. Most get how to use BugHerd the first time. If I had to teach someone Jira it would not work at all. But with BugHerd they get to reporting issues with little delay. Bugherd is extremely effective in allowing our non-techy clients to be able to explain what they would like to change, without us having to setup long winded screensharing review sessions with them. BugHerd is a really helpful internal tool for our subsidiaries to report any issues or corrections on our website. With our website being available in 9 languages, our subsidiary marketers use BugHerd to notify us of any translations or images which need to be corrected. Our tech support team has access to BugHerd to report any incorrect links or changes to our product support team. They are structured poorly and you have to either choose to be undernotified or overnotified, no in between customizations. The Slack integration needs to be greatly improved.
