"it is quite useful when wanting to optimize my tasks and processes"
What do you like best about Bugcrowd?

Its interface is quite simple and easy to use, the fact that it allows me to perform multiple activities and tasks in a short period of time is quite useful when wanting to optimize my tasks and processes, its price is quite reasonable considering all the functions and features that it has, the customer service team is quite fast when responding to any requirement or request that is presented to them, in just a few minutes you will have the answer to your problem in a very positive way to solve your problem . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bugcrowd?

Despite the fact that its interface is very simple and easy to use, I believe that it can be renewed to make better use of space and make it even more intuitive.+ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Interphase Could Use Some Work"
What do you like best about Bugcrowd?

I like that you can find what you can't find one HackerOne - on this platform. Typically, they are faster to respond and triage reports in my opinion. BugCrowd helps in terms of keeping the bug bounty crowd from becoming monopolized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bugcrowd?

I think the rating program for reports in terms of severity could always be improved because it seems very subjective. Maybe let the companies decide the severity instead of the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"On Demand Programs - Hit or Miss"
What do you like best about Bugcrowd?

Having a lot of different security researchers working on performing penetration tests on your website is helpful. A lot of different minds working on different things helps get a broader scope in a shorter amount of time. Pricing is reasonable and straight forward. The program moderators help with validating found vulnerabilities and communicating with the researchers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bugcrowd?

The moderator that is assigned to your project make be all the difference between a good and bad on demand program. One program can result in a lot of results, and the next can be very few. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bugcrowd from a pen testers viewpoint"
What do you like best about Bugcrowd?

I love how easy it is to pick a company and a vulnerability and jump right in. The company also explicitly lists what attacks are possible to carry out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bugcrowd?

The only issues I have with more or less with the companies themselves vs the actual software. An example was Ford company stated that they would not pay for XSS attacks, but I read on one of the forums that had a major vulnerability that could have been exploited through this kind of attack. I wonder if bugcrowd could have informed them of this issue. Also the forum poster did not have permission to attempt this kind of attack so I don't know if he ever told the company about it. "Then next generation leader in testing and bug tracking solutions"
What do you like best about Bugcrowd?

There are many software's but bugcrowed helped us a lot in the project management system. The tracking of bugs is very simple. The reports are the best this we have observed and giving detailed analysis of the module whare actually most bug coming from. Support is also very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bugcrowd?

The user interace is very poor quality and needs a lots of attention. The license cost is another are of improvement. This well help to grow and add more clients to the base. New features needs to be added and this will increase the customer base Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Does not live up to the hype"
What do you like best about Bugcrowd?

One value that Bugcrowd brings is their triage team. They work with researchers in order to identify issues and build accurate, reliable reports. In addition, it links you to some of the worldclass researchers available in order to ensure your assets are protected and there aren't any loopholes for hackers. It is also relatively inexpensive for the service you get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bugcrowd?

In the beginning, we found that the Bugcrowd team was finding low priority bugs, some of which weren't even worth fixing. It took a while for us to see a return on investment. However, this time it took, I would say was critical in getting our whole company on board and earning our trust so it worked out in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Indifferent "
What do you like best about Bugcrowd?

BugCrowd has managed to find a few issues that have managed to slip by me. The issues that were found though happened to be low priority. Good news. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bugcrowd?

I don't really have a strong negative opinion, other than it can be somewhat expensive. I can say though that it was a little tricky with handing over information to ethical hackers whom I did not know or trust. I also realize bugcrowd's services are a little mediocre and are really great at assuring you that you at least have some sort of bug bounty program; quality of service is a little questionable though.
