**What do you like best about BugAware?**

1. BugAware is an issue tracking system where bugs are tracked for software defects 
2. It is categoriesed in Incident management tool
3. It's work on all web browser and MS windows
4. It's UI is not easy to use
5. The frequency of use is not user- friendly 
6. It has many features but if we compare with other tools than we have tools better than BugAware

**What do you dislike about BugAware?**

It's not much effective. Developer need to work on application
