**What do you like best about Buffer?**

From an early user in 2015 to a forever-champion in 2023, Buffer has grown with me in my career. I remember taking a Buffer Premium trial to the max and bucketing over 50 posts. Buffer has grown with my career – and making it easier along the way. 

For every social media training I give my colleagues or the industry, Buffer is always mentioned with a smile. I always say that becoming a social media content creator or curator takes time, but with buffer, it expedites the human behavior curve, allowing for a seamless addition to any professional’s tech stack. 

Just recently, I have fallen in love with Buffer’s Content spot, dropping ideas in when I do not have the time to properly create my message. I post on topics around personal branding, networking, professional development, social media, and even coffee. I see myself as one of Buffer’s secret stalkers – always keeping an eye on the updates and whispering the amazing, time-saving features. 

With 20 years of experience, Buffer has been a player in my following growth on my personal LinkedIn and Twitter accounts, with over 5,300 followers.  I cannot imagine life without Buffer.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

Over the course of time, Buffer has moved free features to paid features. Of course, don't all SaaS platforms do that nowadays?

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

The best part of this tool is that when I was working as Social Media Coordinator, I was able to schedule my posts in different social media ahead of time, making my life easier.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

I wish that the interface were a little more user firendly and make it a little more fun for the users. I also think that would be nice to have a collaboration option (Not sure if this is available now) but it was not available when I used it. And would be very nice to have the option of some kind or included software to review your text or post to have less mistakes when writing.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At my time working with social media, it was helping me to save time to work in other projects by managing the social media posts ahead of time.

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

I can sleep and not worry about my videos to be posted at scheduled time. Its user interface is top notch and easy to cope up with. Its web page builder has lots of tools and easy to use too. I could create a web page in just few clicks and use it to drive traffic.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

I could not add a profile picture in the platform, because there is no option for doing so. The pricing was unaffordable for me. Its not as advanced and customizable as other social media management tools. Buffer can use AI to automate web page designing which would be really useful.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buffer is helping creators and business owners with a busy schedule to advertise their services online by posting the respective content for them online at the scheduled time. I used Buffer as a post scheduler for the youtube channel of my company, but at first I tried it with a demo channel and it worked amazing.

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

Buffer allows to schedule social media posts in advance and focus on creating better content. Buffer provides analytics of the various social media posts and also suggests the adjustments required as per the analysis. It also lets us create a short website that can be used to drive traffic to our social media platforms.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

The plans can be expensive for some business as it was for mine. Its analytics feature is not as advanced as other social media management platforms. The biggest drawback is it does not have an integration with Instagram, which forces me to use other platform for scheduling posts on Instagram.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buffer is a great social media management platform that is helping businesses as well as individuals to keep a track of their social media activity and also build short traffic driving websites. I used this platform for building a short website to drive traffic for social media page of my team member.

Buffer is one of the best social media management platforms which allows us to manage all social media channels in one place, no need to log in separately for all accounts. It also offers features like creating, scheduling, publishing & analytics features, in a single dashboard we can monitor and control the content across all channels.

Sometimes scheduled posts don't get published and show an internal error or try again.

Buffer is the very useful tool for social media management, here we can manage all social media channels in on account no need to login everywhere, in jsut one login can post schedule, publish and manage posts.
easy to implement and incorporate all accounts in dashboard.

sometime after scheduling post are not get publised on time, shows internal erros.

Pricing per social media platform. Tagging people and pages is still hard and we have to use links. It’s inability to pick content from productivity tools like Notion, Click Up etc.

I don't have to worry about post a certain post at a particular time of the day buffer can take care of that for me. Additionally I can manage multiple accounts in multiple time zones.

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

I love Buffer and their freemium model is incredible. Setting up an account with them was easy, and allowed me to try the services for free before purchasing a larger plan for my business. The robust reporting system that comes with each package makes it great for showing successes to stakeholders - and I also appreciate the ability to easily repost high-performing content via rebuffering. Their scalability also makes them suitable for businesses large and small, from startups to multinational conglomerates, making this one service necessary in almost any situation in the digital age.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

I really dislike certain limitations in Buffer that were not always there. The cost is quite high, but it's understandable given the features of their product. Even with a premium version, having access to only eight accounts as a brand manager can be very limiting and unhelpful for companies or organizations that need to reach multiple platforms at once.

I'm so grateful to have Buffer as part of my social media strategy. It's made managing all the accounts for me - the individual consumer - painless and efficient. I no longer have to manually post across channels.

Buffer has been a game-changer for me in terms of managing my social media accounts, and I've been using it for years. I find Buffer to be an incredibly powerful and easy-to-use tool for managing my social media presence. It's seamless integration of various features, including texting images before sharing them on any network or scheduling posts across multiple channels, makes it a breeze to use. I can send content that has been vetted before it is published because the interface is not only fast and intuitive, but also offers excellent review systems.

It is extremely frustrating for me not to receive email notifications when something goes wrong with a post. In addition, Buffer's inability to schedule multiple photos in Instagram posts is extremely inconvenient. Additionally, I'm disappointed that it's not easier to adjust photo sizes within the Instagram application; the process feels tedious and time-consuming.

By simplifying the process of managing my social media accounts, Buffer saves me valuable time. My updates now go out at the same time instead of switching between platforms constantly.

My favorite feature of Buffer was the calendar. It allowed you to seemlessly ensure you had full-day coverage across all your social channels. This allowed me to stay organized and make future planning for my posts a breeze!

During my business with Buffer they only allowed/offered scheduling with Twitter. Integrations with other social media platforms happened after I was no longer using this tool.

Buffer helps save time and effort by making it easy to post (or schedule posts) to various social media channels with ease.

Nothing. So far so good. I am still adjusting to the dashboard but it is just new (not bad)

When you have multiple social media channels it can be time consuming to log in and post the same or similar content on each. Buffer makes it possible to do that at the same time and even tweak each channel and what will appear.

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

It seems a program with great effectiveness and, above all, dynamic at the time to manage and correctly manage all social networks, either Pinterest, Facebook, or Twitter, among others, from one place. It has a set of automated publishing tools simplifying even the peak hours of visualization in each of our platforms, has a quality interface making Buffer an option of great strength and best of all is the price that makes it accessible to anyone who wants an incredible effectiveness for a considerable cost.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

Buffer's performance tends to slow down, crashing when we need to upload multiple images or manage various accounts automatically simultaneously, bringing us a bit of a delay as our team works on different projects throughout the month.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A work innovation, allowing us to easily enable our clients to realize how important and beneficial social networks are for sales. Buffer now notifies us when a post is rejected and what possible solution it quickly has to queue the command again. One of the benefits that we consider most important is being able to direct user traffic to our publications by personalizing each of our platforms with specific hashtags.

It is a straightforward tool, which is nice but also Loomly or Hootsuite might be a better fit for someone looking for more robust tools like advertising or collaboration. The price has also increased over the years.

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

Buffer is a fantastic social media management platform. Currently we are using buffer for creating, publishing and  scheduling of posts across our multiple social media platforms. Buffer has great chrome plugins  and aslo I like aslo how we are able to post directly into Instagram. It easy to track schedule post using this platform and their pricing is very fair.

No live support either through phone or live chat.

Buffer is an extremely easy to use platform that supports all major social media  platforms like Twitter and Facebook. It easy to create and schedule content using this platform. Buffer is very affordable and aslo it support direct posting to Instagram.

Content scheduling to various social media platforms from a single dashboard is made possible and seamless with Buffer. The user interface is also great.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

The mobile app isn't as seamless as the web version. I guess this isn't an issue for many as most people prefer to work pon their computers. I do a lot of repetitive tasks on the move so it kind of is a big deal for me.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I barely use Buffer anymore, but while I did, it was great. The tool enabled me to manage multiple social media accounts in one place. Before Buffer, I used to have to switch between accounts to make posts, respond to messages, and track check content performances.

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

What I like the most about Buffer and what I believe is most helpful is how easy it is to use to schedule your posts on the different platforms, I also like how it shortens links.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

What I quite don't like is that your accounts can be unlinked and you need to Contact an Admin in your organization to manage channels to reconnect them, I believe that can be  a little bit challenging when you and the admin don't are near to do so.

The only serious problem that hurdles my work is glitches that occurs when you try to ulpoad multiple images at the same time. I think this problem should be tackle on first priority because companies dont work on single project for whole week.

Easy social media management, that we could across our team for multiple clients. Good insights and analysis. And nice little touches, like it automatically pulling in pictures from any pages you were linking to - so you didn't have upload them.

In the end we switched to Loomly. There wasn't anything specific we disliked about Buffer we just found that, at the time, Loomly offered better value for money for us to do both scheduling and analytics and also was just a little more user friendly.

We have tried a number of services like this - including Hootsuite - and Buffer would have been our choice, had we not preferred the cost and interface of Loomly.

Take the free trial and check it's right for you. Try to compare to least two other services (I'd suggest Loomly and Hootsuite) to weigh various factors including cost, ease of use and results.

I love the authorizing a post feature. gives an easier way to get things approved or denied when in different locations. Buffer makes it easier posting to multiple platforms at the same time. If one post needs to hit multiple platforms Buffer is the software for that. Buffer gives our team to connect better giving each other feedback on things that need to be updated. We used to have to call or email our opinion about something then wait for the person to make the corrections an email us. Now we can suggest, get notified of the new update and review it. Buffer makes it easy figuring out posting for a campaign and having all the posts in one location if someone else is working on another piece of the campaign. There Help Center is amazing, they have a variety of videos and resources to help in what you may need support in. The benefits that I have realized is the campaigns, that if there are multiple different pieces to acampaign and a lot people are responsible for a piece it makes it easier to add a post in the campaign schedule to see how it flows. If it doesn't work than we can rework it and make it flow much better to have more meaning behind it.

I honestly don't have many complaints. The only thing that I think they are working on but I still have some issues with is failed post. If your someone that needs a straightforward interface this may be a little confusing at first to learn but they do have great help center that will help improve your knowledge. It works for the things that my organization needs and we are gratedul for that. The only thing that may need to improve is support sometimes I would love a quick little chat box that can point me in the right direction if I can't easily find the answer to my question in there help center.

100% yes buffer is an excellent tool to work with teams that may be all over the map right now, either in the works office or working from home. Buffer helps break down barriers and makes it easier to communicate whether something looks tremendous or needs more work. I use buffer for my social media accounts to schedule posts throughout the day. I also encourage co-workers to use the buffer to share content throughout the day. so the content they want to share is not pushed out simultaneously.

I am using it to schedule tweets at the beginning of the day. It saves a lot of time because we need about 15 minutes in the morning for scheduling, and we do not have to touch it again until the next day.
