**What do you like best about Buffer?**

I love that it's super visual - I can easily see what social slots need to be filled, and it's easy to gauge what's in the queue.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

Analytics aren't as good as others in the industry, such as HubSpot. Scheduling drafts for approval is incredibly clunky and hard to use.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to map out social media posts for clients and easily see them visually in the system. Not all social schedulers are as easy to view!

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

Buffer allows me to schedule posts to various social media outlets days or weeks in advance. I like that the first tier of the service is free. And it's affordable when you're ready to level up.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

Connecting to Instagram is tricky. The Instagram has to be linked to a FB account. This can be a problem if you're using multiple Insta accounts.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't use Buffer for FB and Insta anymore since they offer in-app scheduling, but it is still convenient for scheduling posts to LinkedIn.

I couldn't connect accounts into one group, which was very annoying since I'm managing SM for more than 30 clients. Also it's not possible to simply copy scheduled posts into other account or platform.

Sometimes it disconnects from my platforms and doesn't post to that platform.

I have 4 social media channels and I like that I can schedule the content ahead of time and post it. It makes things much easier for me. I don't love being on social media all day and with Buffer I don't have to be but I can look like I am. :)

Buffer is an amazing social media organizing tool. Buffer can be used to share content on different social media channels at the same time without logging into respective accounts. Buffer supports multi-media format sharing. All the contents shared using buffer can be tracking using custom URLs. Buffer also provides actionable reports to improve social media activities.

Buffer does not support Linkedin Groups integration.

Buffer is something I used both personally and professionally. Using Buffer, I scheduled blog posts and tweets to create awareness among my audience. Buffer is great because it keeps updating regularly, so we don't miss any new features that would boost our productivity. Its user interface is transparent, allowing us to engage in the use of the software more fully. A comparison of buffer's pricing with those of its competitors shows that it is cheaper.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

Buffer extension lags in Google Chrome, despite its great features. Free analytics may make incorrect decisions due to their lack of accuracy. Compared to its premium plans, the basic plan is considerably less helpful.

The simple to use interface with the availability of all necessary options required for social media management. What I like about this software are the frequent updates that keep you glued to using this software and remaining a loyal user.

Hmm, I don't think I dislike anything since everything is pretty much crystal clear, starting from the dashboard to the streams and analytics. However, I think there isn't any option for social listening and monitoring at this point.

Great for small businesses. Fairly affordable for the number of channels you can connect for an annual or monthly fee compared to other comparable software.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

If you are working with multiple channels, they have now disabled the ability to rearrange them. I like mine alphabetical by client and then listed in the same order based on what challennels that client has (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram). They've taken this away so now I have clients mixed in with other clients and have to hunt for the right channel. This makes it way too easy to accidentally schedule on the wrong account. I have 100% canceled our subscription and moved to a competitor for this specific feature change which I've requested they edit several times.

I do like the queue feature so I don't have to take time to select a specific time to schedule a post each day.

I love the very user-friendly setup that Buffer offers. It is simple and gets the job done right. I usually am very hesitant to use a social media content scheduler because I am very particular. I trust Buffer again and again!!

I would not say there is anything in particular that I don't like about buffer. I do wish that the free version had some sort of alert system that reminded you that you had a post going out so you could remember to check and see how it looks on your page.

I love how you can post all your posts for the week instead of having to post each day or time you want to post. This gives you have the freedom to post any day anytime. You can also schedual posts before you go on vacation. This platform also gives you the option to post on multiple social meida platfoms as well. This is were you save time when you are posting the same thing to all your social platforms.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

I'm not too fond of the fact that the videos, album posts need to be pushed through. It would be awesome if they would have it automatically post like the others. Another thing that is not that great is when the post does it actually post as it should. I feel like they need to move buttons around on the site it does get confuing and I put the wrong button and I accdently posts when I was not ready to do that. Then I have to go back and update each account if i have to change wording or time to post.

Get buffer if you need to save time and make the same post over multiple social media platforms. This will make life easier and gives you more freedom and time to create better content on you social platforms.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are saving time getting all our posts out for the week or the following two weeks. I spend 20-30 min to post for 1-2 weeks of posts which saves tons of time for me when time is tight. This allows us to get our face out in the community to help us drive in more business. This also solves the repedativeness of posting the same thing on 4 different social accounts. This is where is comes in the most handy.

Buffer is one of the most cost-effective social media scheduling software programs out there! It's relatively easy to use and you can easily edit or delete posts.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

It's not exactly user-friendly, it's hard to navigate and the layout of the software is not my favorite, especially when it is compared to Hootsuite. But other than that, it's alright.

Buffer is SIMPLE. It's user-friendly and easy to understand. I love being able to show my boss the quick layout to approve posts. The updates to design in the app that I've seen through the years have only made it better, and I plan to use it for a long time in the future.

I wish they'd integrate a TikTok feature, but I know it's coming down the line!

I'm keeping my content consistent across platforms and easily getting my message out to our followers and beyond. I've been a user of Buffer through the past three companies I've worked at, over 7 years. It has been extremely beneficial in allowing me to schedule posts on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest through these companies, making my content cohesive with a single voice, and allowing me to schedule all my posts in one sitting, so I can focus on other things throughout my work day.

One of the essential features of BUFFER is the ability to schedule campaigns, blogs, and other posts and track their progress. It can do multiple tasks such as analyze posts, manage multiple accounts, and customize dashboards. With this software, we can quickly respond to comments and engage with our audience.

Occasionally, the account connection lags. Software is good, but the price plan is expensive for small advertising companies, so I believe this section needs improvement.

I like that I can easily navigate between all of my company's social media platforms. I can use Canva to design content and then easily upload a week's worth of content into buffer for my business.

Buffer tends to encounter bugs or glitches with Instagram, so sometimes the Instagram posts do not post on time or at all, so fixing this glitch would be effective.

The adiditon of calendar + the entire suite of products tie together the publishing workflow perfectly. If you're concerned with publishing quality content quickly with a small-ish team, buffer cant be beat.

The lack of social listening (@'s , replies etc) without the separate app can make the overall social 'management' trickier. If you deal with customer replies / support online you may need another app.

Having a small marketing / social team means that the less time we spend maneuvering a social app, the more time we can focus on streamlining publishing and timing for max impact.

This tool offers the ability to create content and post to multiple social media platforms at the same time, it has an automated function to time social media posts, the analytics feature lets us know how our social media posts are going, the The tools offered by the buffer software are complete and precise to attend to the enablement of the social network approaches of your company, it also includes a free version where you can connect up to three social networks, what I like the most about the combat buffer is that it is very easy to use this tool.

I still do not find anything wrong with this platform, since I started using this tool I have only had very good results, thanks to its excellent service.
