**What do you like best about Buffer?**

Very easy to use and with a very intuitive interface. It also has a dedicated app for Android and iOS systems, allowing you to use it from anywhere. With the function to schedule your posts, you will save a lot of time and increase your popularity. 
It has an indefinite free plan, ideal for starting to use this tool, and once you are familiar, you can switch to a paid plan with many more features and utilities. 
Buffer supports all the popular networks that exist today, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google+.
Buffer has great technical support as they respond to any question you have in any language.
Finally, with the team management feature, it allows multiple people to post, ideal for large marketing teams.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

Prices are very affordable except for the Small Business, which is too expensive.

I like the fact even a non-technical person like me can use it very easily. I can schedule my posts on various social media platforms with ease. You can also engagement statistics, history of your posts, etc on buffer.

Buffer some times get slow or stuck when you try to do multiple things at one time. Otherwise it is an amazing software.

If you find it difficult to manage your social accounts, then use buffer for your rescue.

Managing social media posts on various platforms can be quite cumbersome. It helps you a lot with that.

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

It is a very useful and necessary platform for the administration of social networks, which has a variety of tools, such as adding text to an image and then you can publish them on any social network, providing great support in case you want to ask any questions, also allows the programming of publications in several channels. Its interface is very easy and efficient when using it, which helps users quickly learn how to navigate. And let's not forget its review process, which allows us to review the publications long before its publication, with which we can ensure that the content is consistent.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

I would like to be able to connect with certain programs more easily, presenting some problems when uploading some images, which in some occasions are not shared with the publication. It would be very appropriate to improve your two-way communication, since it presents failures when it comes to wanting to communicate with users and wish to respond.

**Recommendations to others considering Buffer:**

From my conception Buffer is an easy to use platform that performs its work very well, it is very suitable for anyone, being able to be used by a professional or beginner, it works very well for small, medium or large companies, ideal for people who want to edit an image for a publication in social networks, I have used it for about three years and it has helped me a lot in my work, in addition to its cost being not very high and being a very intuitive tool, it represents a good investment. Highly recommended for companies that use social media marketing.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Within our organization we use Buffer for the programming and management of multiple social networks. It is used for planning the calendar of publications, which helps us to load all our content. It is used for the review and collaboration of publications, to approve content depending on the level of user. With Buffer we visualize all the publications that were programmed in the different social platforms, which helps us to see if there is a lot of content for a day or not enough. With this tool we attach the social profiles to program the content, which meant a reduction in time.

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

They get line breaks right on Instagram! And they have a new-ish feature where you can create a comment with hashtags as soon as you create the post. It's also super easy to use across multiple channels (IG, FB, Twitter)

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

For some reason you can't tag more than 5 accounts when you post through Buffer. Buffer says this is an Instagam rule, but it isn't. It's a strange hindrance for folks who work collaboratively to plan events or host collective events. 

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling to Instagram in particular is much, much faster and easier overall. For Twitter, it's nice that it integrates on the page so you can see a nice post that you want to retweet, but you can schedule it with Buffer.

Really not much when it's so expensive but it's fairly easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

This App is double what it should be priced at! Way too expensive, who's going to pay $1200 US a year to post to a few social media accounts?? Service is awful with unanswered correspondence and condescending responses. So may bugs & problems and unused features that they want us to pay for, STAY AWAY there's much better available for you money and we should know as we've been in the industry for over 20 years.

We can schedule social media posts, just like Apps at 1/2 or 1/4 of the price.

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

Multiple Posting at same time and its post scheduling function are great for every social media marketer. 

It is Easy to access - It is very simple like facebook. You can also add some hashtags through buffer. Scheduling a post is very easy

Limits of Account - We can use maximum 5 accounts at the same time. If we need to add more accounts. So, we can choose the premium plan.

Support System of Buffer was also helpful 
 
Add maximum 10 post at the same time - At the time of Holidays, It had proved a good source of save energy.

I didn't use paid version of buffer. But, I read lots of good reviews about it's campaigning services.

I didn't find any cons in buffer. When our team faced issues, Buffers provides great technical support.

I was used buffer in my last company. On that time I was managing G+ account, Facebook, and Twitter with buffer. I was suffering from lots of workload because I was doing SEO and Content Writing mainly. But, increasing a traffic through social media was also my task. So, I was finding the tools for social media and I read some reviews about buffer.  I can schedule maximum 10 post. That was the best solution for my social sites.

You can integrate each social media account in one app and post at all of them at once. Hassle free posting on all accounts. You can also schedule your post according to your audience engagement.

I am using Android app, It does not have stories posting on the platform for that you have to use social media apps only

It is just for social media postings. However it lacks various features like posting stories. Also android app logouts from account sometimes.It does not post the images with post on Instagram as it does on Facebook and Twitter.

I love that you can schedule the content on multiple platforms. It allows you to keep all social platforms congruent with the similar content.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

So far everything is good other than the photo and video compression aspect. It should auto compress rather than me having to go back and fix it in photoshop of premiere all the time.

Have content folders set aside on your computer. It will make it that much easier when having to locate content and including it on Buffer.

It has saved me more time overall. Having to post everyday by hand is no fun.

I love how easy it is to schedule things when there will be decent traffic. It takes the guesswork out of when to post. I also like how it automatically shortens links, has built-in analytics, and avoids signing in multiple places to cross-post. 

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

I used to dislike the lack of Instagram integration, but that's improved. That integration still isn't as seamless as the twitter/facebook integrations, but it's getting there. Sometimes Buffer gets weird about images.

Take the time up-front to learn the system. It'll make everything easier in the long run.

It makes it more expedient to manage social media as a side-job. I have more time to do my main job. It also helps me map out the social media posts for the entire week in one sitting and on one platform.

I love how easy it is to use Buffer. My organization uses Buffer to handle our Instagram, Twitter and Facebook pages seamlessly.

It is frustrating that Buffer does not allow users to delete posted status updates/posts across multiple platforms at once.

My organization no longer has to manually post to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Using Buffer, we can post to all of these platforms at once - and the queue is a helpful feature that allows us to plan posts in advance.

For a small business, the cost is perfect! You can queue up to 9 posts for free. 
You can post the same thing to multiple social media posts at the same time
Or you can make changes(big or small) to the post and still post them at the same time
You can set up a queue schedule for the optimal social media times or you can choose exactly when the post should go live
They have added new features since we started using Buffer
They keep you up to date with any issues they may be facing via email

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

Some posts have to be made manually to Instagram due to size restrictions, not a huge problem, just a little inconvenient. Instagram often disconnects from the service and needs to be corrected. When using it on the mobile app, it saves the image you are trying to post no fewer than 3 times? It is unnecessary but an easy fix.

There is nothing to lose, try the free version and see what you think. In all reality, many businesses will only need the free version after all!

Social media posts have gotten so much simpler. I am able to schedule it and for the most part, forget about it. I went on a vacation and was able to still keep up with social media, without worrying about work on my vacation!

I have only used Buffer and Hootsuite for social media scheduling.  Buffer was by far the easiest to use and easy to learn. I quickly switched all of my clients to Buffer. Their customer support is very good too.

There is nothing that I particularly dislike about Buffer.

Scheduling is very robust, tagging features are the best available out of any social media software. Direct posting to Instagram works very well. 

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

Free version is limited to only 10 scheduled posts at a time, mobile app is less robust than Hootsuite, no social media monitoring capabilities

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great for putting several pieces of content on the calendar at once, tagging features are great so I don't have to go in and edit Facebook posts/etc.

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

My two favorite things is that Buffer offers URL shortening and pulls the image from the website directly. It's very easy to use. You can set up specific times you'd like for something to be posted or let their algorithm determine the best time to publish for you. It can't get any easier than that. User friendly and accessible in a team setting. Multiple people can access the account.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

I wish there was a larger queue minimum for the free trial. Obviously if it was paid, that wouldn't be an issue. I don't mind though. As soon as the companies I work for are willing to pay for the platform, I will be a big advocate for it.

**Recommendations to others considering Buffer:**

Once you use Buffer, you'll probably avoid using others and see how they're all lacking in tools and quality. 

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used Tweetdeck, Hootsuite, Sprout, and several random scheduling apps. None of them are as efficient as Buffer. Queue scheduling, URL shortening, ease with tagging (both @ and #), and user-friendly.

still no support for instagram stories. little hard to catch up with the customer support, even in payed contracts. When we used it we kept analytics out of the package, since they didnt look very helpful. but that might have changed since then

If you are a small or mid sized company and want to centralize you social media accounts under one roof quickly with most of the functions for social media - buffer is the right solution for you.

Probably more to do with Instagram, but how the image posting has to be a set size.

Buffer has made scheduling social media posts easy and has helped in deciding when and what content to post. Being able to analyze and get insight on social media posts is also very helpful for marketing and content team

It doesn't offer that many features compared to other content publishing platforms

Marketing and publishing content has been made easier with buffer. Benefits are that you can add all social media platforms (twitter, instagram, fb etc) and determine when and what to post in the future while also being able to look back at your past posts and analyze how well they have reached your market audience

Being able to "dump" my ideas into Buffer for posting on social media, without having to worry about actually posting them.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

It can be a bit hit and miss if sharing more complex posts with images - sometimes they show, sometimes they don't. It is also frustrating that it tells you that you cannot post the same message too often - it's my account, I should be able to post what I want.

It is a must have for social media.

Keeping on top of social media can be time consuming, but using Buffer allows me to put all my posts where I know they will be posted at the right time.

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

This tool has a very easy and simple way to schedule your posts on any social network, and one of its advantages is that you can manage all your accounts from a single place. Buffer allows you to create visually stunning graphics to easily share on social networks. With Buffer, you can also manage, with great performance, your social networks from anywhere via mobile since it has an app for Android and iOS. The technical support is perfect, I have never had any problems. And regarding the price, its PRO version is cheap for any company, its prices are ultimately very attractive.

I don't see anything I don't like, buffer seems like the perfect tool for managing my social media.

Buffer is an excellent service. The best thing about the buffer is its UI- very intuitive and easy to use a calendar-style interface. Scheduling posts is fairly simple and supports all the major channels including facebook, twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

-A bit buggy regarding the posting. The post scheduled in BST time gets posted 4 hours later. 
-If you accidentally click somewhere else when creating a post, the post gets deleted and then you have to create the post all over again.
-There is no option to make one post and schedule it on all the social media channels in one click.
-There is no option to view all the calenders at once.

The benefit of Buffer is that it has eliminated the process of posting on multiple sites simultaneously and has helped us in sticking to a schedule.

Sometimes changing settings takes longer than it should.   literally had to search for 1-20 minutes before I could figure out how to change my timezone.  Just a waste of time to have to search out something so simple.

The SM accounts on the left side are difficult o differentiate from each other easily.  Could you make the icons larger for FB and Insta, etc.?

What I like best about Buffer is the publishing feature. It helps me schedule posts ahead of time and across different platforms at the same time.

One thing that I dislike about Buffer is, unlike other similar tools, it does not clearly separate social media accounts by client, although they have "groups" which do a similar thing. Working at a marketing agency, it sometimes gets confusing when all of our clients social accounts are in the same place.

With Buffer, I am able to schedule posts out way ahead of time. It also cuts the process back on time because I don't have to log in and out of all of my acounts.

We have 23 different social media accounts across different regions, between Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. I love being able to not only schedule future posts, but to be able to schedule the same content across multiple accounts is perfect. Customer service is top notch.

If I find a typo after I've scheduled the posts, I need to go into each individual scheduled post and fix it. It would be nice to be able to fix all at once. Also, it's a little limited as to WHAT you can post, just images/videos to your timeline. No polls, no stories, etc.

It is a very easy-to-use tool, you will hardly spend any time learning to handle it. The power of its analytics is impressive and even in its free version, you can see data about Retweets, Likes, Mentions, etc. that each of your posts has received. 
The Schedule option is very useful for posting at the same times and the same number of posts per day. In this option, I also receive information through a graph about what time is best to post to have a larger audience or engagement.
Finally, it is a cloud-based and online app with which you can work from any device and anywhere without needing to save changes.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

The tool is in English, but it is very intuitive and you won't have problems with the language. As the main disadvantage, I would say that you can't tag the photos; you have to do it from the social network's page, but it's not a serious problem either.

Buffer is a very useful tool that allows you to have an active presence on social media without needing to be glued to them all day. If what you want is to save time by scheduling your posts on social media, this is the best tool.

I think that Buffer, once you get the hang of it, can be very convenient and pretty quick to use.

A lot of things. They have recurrent "unknown error" issues where posts will fail (especially Instagram), the link shortening will override your text even if you selected "unshortened", you have to know exactly where to click if you want to post to multiple platforms at the same time (not very intuitive), and tagging is near impossible.

Take time to consider ease of use. This software is meant for convenience, but you really have to watch it all the time to make sure it's even working.

We were happy to have a way to share and customize content across platforms. We could schedule, and move on with other tasks! Unfortunately though, we couldn't always trust it to schedule correctly, so we were always double checking posts anyways.

Buffer removes such a great amount of exertion from continuous internet based life posting. I like everything the software offers. I have no issues with the way it works or what it does, I love it.

Since I paid for my subscription, something happened to my account and I am unable to sign in. I do not receive the email password reset mail, and "NO IT'S NOT IN MY SPAM BOX FFS."

 I tweeted them and they responded and then ghosted without an answer, then I receive a mail asking me the same questions, and then ghosting me without an answer. Today is day 7 I can not log into my account. I paid and I am locked out. So how would that make you feel? You pay for something, it breaks and then a day later it breaks and there is zero HELPFUL support. 

I love buffer and what it does, it works great but Customer service SUCKS. and for that reason only I will find another service that offers the same. Also.. if customer support actually materializes, I will file for a refund. 

No one can work like this, What do you expect when you pay for something and it breaks a day later?

Buffer was one of the main social schedulers that offered the majority of the stages we use. The fundamental obstacle with a large portion of the others was they did exclude Pinterest. I very much want to have everything in one spot! It's additionally extremely moderate for independent ventures.

I do wish they had an alternate organization for every stage, or possibly some of them. I wound up exchanging my Pinterest record to Tailwind, since it's MUCH simpler to utilize and has a way better interface for that. **What do you like best about Buffer?**

It makes life so much easier when managing multiple different social media platforms for a company. Puts everything in one place and runs analytics which is great for grant reviews! 

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

Sometimes it can have small glitches but their customer support it awesome! 

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time of social media management has gone down because you can easily schedule out a month or two worth of posts.
