Buffer Analyze has excellent customer service and fairly easily integrates into various social media accounts. It also provides an at-a-glance dashboard to help identify performance trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Buffer Analyze system only takes into account performance of social media posts made through the Buffer scheduling service. So if their system has an issue posting to a specific platform and you need to post directly to the platform, that will not be incorporated into the Buffer Analyze metrics.
