Feature rich. The cloud-based user-friendly interface integrates easily, streamlines implementation and training, and makes for easy input and tracking of expenses, shows detail of prior years, while the reporting tools provide valuable insights into my financial situation. The ability to customize and create forecasts is instrumental in helping us stay on track with financial goals. Overall, Budgyt has improved our budgeting process, reduced labor costs, and helps to avoid keying errors. I highly recommend Budgyt software to anyone looking for an effective budgeting solution. Great product, well thought out, flexible, fast, and the support and training is very good and personal, including all of the available videos on various topics that are easy to digest. The best feature of all isn't a feature so much as its foundation: you can create multiple scenarios so easily on one set of base data and combine actuals with future budget figures to create projections easily. Some of the reporting isn't as 'pretty' or presentable in PDF form as I might like for non-financial audience. Would love more customization for cash flow report to conform for how we like to present it or break out various GL codes into their own bucket. After years of using Budgyt, I still struggle with using the built-in equation builders. They are highly customizable, which is great, but they don't always seem to follow traditional math logic. I've resorted to running the few calculations I need to do externally and linking a spreadsheet to a Budgyt line item, which works fine for me and is a small price to pay for the level of detailed planning Budgyt facilitates. The Budgyt platform has made my budgeting process so much easier. Being able to move away from using multiple, linked Excel spreadsheets has been great. The version control is great. As a Financial Controller I depend on Budgyt for my monthly variance analysis and can easily drill down to understand the reasons for variances versus the budget. It integrates beautifully with QuickBooks, down to the transaction level. Non-accounting users can see the same information and can manage their budgets more effectively.
