You can use it with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Great Plains, etc. The support that comes with Budgyt is great; however you do not need much help as it is self-explanatory. **What do you dislike about Budgyt?** The hyperlinks for diving into numbers; though, I go back and forth with this, as sometimes it is nice and sometimes it is not! **What problems is Budgyt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Multi-Departmental, Multi-Entity budgeting and Payroll Budgeting. I have used many different platforms in the past, this is the best platform for roll-up capabilities between departments as well as various entities. Payroll Budgeting is a huge win, the capabilities it has is amazing (HR Formulas [Taxes, Medical, etc.], Timed Increases, Timed New Hires, etc.). ### 2. My experience has been wonderful. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to tech support they will always provide what you need. **What problems is Budgyt solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that are being solved with using this software is the less time it takes to get a consolidated report. It would take longer if this software was not available. ### 3. Budgyt has helped us to better track expenses and hold departments accountable for their spend. Before, our Company used excel and with that it was a lot of manual input and verifying calculations. Pros: Budgyt in the grand scheme of things is easy to use. You can create calculations for payroll, taxes, revenue, and cogs. You can create budgets by department and also import the actuals from Quickbooks to do month, quarter or annual comparisons. Budgyt has helped us to better track expenses and hold departments accountable for their spend. Before, our Company used excel and with that it was a lot of manual input and verifying calculations. **What do you dislike about Budgyt?** It does take time to understand and calculate the formulas, but once you get use to it, it is a lot simpler to do future ones. In addition, customer support can assist to help you start them. I do wish they could add budgets greater than 1 year, but this might coming in future software releases. **Recommendations to others considering Budgyt:** If you need something more that what excel can provide, Budgyt is a useful tool. **What problems is Budgyt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Budgyt has helped us to better forecast and do budget to actual comparisons. With Budgyt, I can type the formulas directly into the software and everything carries over with the appropriate detail and notes! If I insist on having a spreadsheet to share with the team, I can simply store spreadsheet in the software and tell it which line to read. It not only saved me from a multitude of excel tabs but also gave me the ability to budget and forecast in a fraction of the time and energy! I started using this when our business was just an idea and now we have 8 retail stores between Everafter and The Westside. Budgeting between the brands under the parent company has been surprisingly simple with Budgyt's ability to customize and target formulas and inputs to certain groups. **What do you dislike about Budgyt?** Large reports can sometimes take up to 2 minutes to run. However, instead of waiting, you can run the report and once its ready they send you an email with a link to report so that you're not waiting on the report page. **Recommendations to others considering Budgyt:** The software is very user friendly. The level of support and incredible should any questions come up. **What problems is Budgyt solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've always built budgets bottoms up which requires a great level of detail and information tracking. The employee module has eliminated a multitude of payroll budgeting and tracking spreadsheets. The ability to name and track items within a P&L line have been incredibly helpful. Actualizing budgets with Quickbooks is very quick and easy allowing me to analyze in real time. ### 5. I usually have to put it in excel to get exactly what I need. **Recommendations to others considering Budgyt:** It is a robust system and a good economic value. **What problems is Budgyt solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using excel spreadsheets so Budgyt eliminates the risk of error inherent in spreadsheets. Our managers can input their own forecast updates instead of everything going through the Accounting department. We can do detailed comparisons of budget, actuals, ty, ly, forecast. It has saved us a lot of time and the information we are able to report is much more robust. ### 7.
