**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | Frontendudvikler, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

The ease of setting up automation when pushing to your repositories. The variety of destinations is amazing.
And its not only about transfer code from A to B. We can also compile and build our code in isolated container, so we dont have to do it on own device.

And along side all of this, they also support a great variety of notifications. For example Slack, Email, SMS, Push messages and many more.

The support is great and fast. You can ask about everything and you will always get answer.

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

The billing control area was a little confusing to begin with. We had trouble managing the team and invite others in.

**Recommendations to others considering Buddy:**

Go for it. Its insanely easy to use. And it will definitely help everyone working with DevOps.

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us with automating uploads/deployments of our repositories to our servers. And it gives us and instant feedback if something goes wrong.

I have just a general idea of how to use CI tools so I was relieved to see how easy it was to work with Buddy as opposed to other CI tools we've used in the past

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

The UI/UX, it's by far the best out there! It's so easy to understand the project and the possibilities are unlimited. It's so helpful that they visualised everything. And the out-of-the-box integration will all kind of service providers are so simple te setup. It's very easy to configure any pipeline action with their predefined templates. It's just filling some variables and you have a CI/CD pipeline ready. It's very easy to see for which branch a pipeline was triggered. This is much easier than at GitLab for example.

Their support is also amazing as they responds very quick and give you a very detailed and helpful answer.

All with all would highly recommend this to anybody who is looking for a complete CI/CD tool.

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

The price. It can become fairly expensive soon. We are one of the lucky users that still have the free on-premise version that they unfortunately don't sell anymore.

**Recommendations to others considering Buddy:**

If you care about ease of use this is definitely the product you're looking for. If you want clear insight in your CI/CD configuration you should Buddy give a go.

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage all our CI/CD pipelines in a very powerful overview. Changing something to the pipeline is super simple. It's super easy for new hires to start working with this tool. The default action templates allowed us to explore cool new features to deploy our code and got us quickly rolling with atomic deployments. We never had issues with releasing anymore since we switched to Buddy.

  ### 9. The fastest CI/CD EVER

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

At the moment don't had find nothing that i dislike

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems solved:
Customer that call 10 minute before closing time, and ask for develope a feature " on flight", and you can develop it without the fear of lose everithing , the customer, the software and the money that client must pay for the service ..

  ### 10. Easiest CI/CD tool that I used.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

1) It has free plan which is great for small personal projects.
2) Setup experience is the easiest you can find. Everything is very user-friendly and intuitive. You don't have to read documentations and create .yaml files (eve though you can do that if you want), just create a pipeline in a visual plug-n-play constructor and forget it.
3) Buddy has ton of easy to use integrations. The ones I use is Telegram and Slack integrations which are working flawlessly.
4) Beautiful and modern UI. I just can't force myself to use ugly tools even if they are great. :-)

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

I think that on paid plans pricing is a little big too high.

**Recommendations to others considering Buddy:**

Just give it a try and you'll love it! There is a free plan so you won't loose anything.

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatic testing and deployment of my personal apps.

  ### 11. Easy to use and very flexible & complete

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramon L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

At first sight the interface is very simple, which makes regular tasks straightforward: Run a pipeline, add a pipeline, adjust basic settings quickly, but at the same time is easy to drill down to more advanced features and settings with just a few clicks.

Everything seems laid out pretty logical and easy to see.

Navigation across projects is easy and quick

MFA was easy to set up and use, appreciate the effort

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

Sometimes (rarely) the interface doesn't update quickly and screens seem to get stuck or a state in one of the pipelines, but a quick refresh solves this.

The use of space on the navbar to show where I currently am (which project specifically) is not very optimal, longer names get cut out for no reason (there's empty space)

Action / trigger of the sidebar navigation seems a bit weird, as it looks like a dropdown but it opens a menu from the left side

**Recommendations to others considering Buddy:**

If the price seems high look at how much time you currently spend doing this in other ways

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Different teams being able to see the status of a project or deployment at a glance
Automate or facilitate deployments
Remove the manual process of configuring and using other tools for deployment
Facilitates and streamlines the process of keeping sites up to date

  ### 12. We got the power

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

BuddyWorks allows us to create a useful pipeline. easy to follow, intuitive interface.

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

if your flow is large the cards are not sized properly and make it difficult to follow. Would like more reporting similar to harness.

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buddy has made following the builds so easy and everyone can see what's going on. No more miscommunications when the proof is there for all to see in real time.

  ### 13. Fantastic, intuitive deployment tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasper v. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

Simplicity, availability of common procedures, incredible support, great UI

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

Lack of community - can make it tricky to troubleshoot specific issues at times, but the documentation mostly makes up for this (granted documentation can feel a little light at times)

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Large scale production application deployment pipelines to all our dev environments. Using CI to run unit tests on commits to our gitlab repo

  ### 14. Easy, Fast, Powerful, Modular

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colin T. | Creative Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

Buddy has a rich and organized UI experience.

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

Pricing is a little too high, and some of the pre-set modules are a little unclear with how they work.

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently using Buddy to build and deploy a few separate static sites built from Vue/Nuxt apps. It's able to generate the entire site, as well as a separate .env file and any required dependencies and deploys the site quickly and supports many methods of notification upon completion. I also have a few Jekyll sites that build out without a hitch. Buddy makes deployments incredibly easy and it's always a treat to set up a new pipeline.

  ### 15. Time saving part of your workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** RJ M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

The UI is so great and easy to help setup both simple and complex actions. It does a lot of the heavy lifting for you when it comes to finding file paths. That and the integrations make this a very versatile platform.

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

As a front-end developer who builds a lot of sites each year the pricing is pretty expensive as I work on hundreds of projects.

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to simply just push to GitHub and have my code pushed out to the servers I need it on saves me a ton of time. Not having to mess with my FTP client for updates really adds up over time.

  ### 16. Buddy, give us the best performance!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eduardo G. | Desenvolvedor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

You will love to develop your integration using buddy!

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

Nothing! Buddy, it's very simple to use and to integrate with everything!

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Buddy with Digital Ocean's simple servers and also robust Amazon integrations using Buddy, Terraform, Bitbucket, and more!

  ### 17. Buddy | Simple DevOps Automations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

Buddy is a simple and easy to setup platform for DevOps. With the many actions offered in pipelines there is no limit to setting up automations and triggers for way more than just deployments. I particularly like the Shopify action that syncs with store theme names taking away the annoyance of copying theme id's. It's also really easy to use environment variables and running node scripts is just awesome. Buddy also has a great chat support that responds quickly and provides good solutions to problems.

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

There is not much I dislike. The documentation is pretty good if I has to pick something it would be having more access to Slack notifications key and values.

**Recommendations to others considering Buddy:**

Try it, it's free and you'll like it

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Buddy for a variety of things from deployment to API calls. The main thing buddy solves for us is deploying to shopify with the same codebase over 3-5 stores.

  ### 18. Extremely easy to work with

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

Really straight forward even for someone with little to no experience with setting up CI/CD pipelines. Highly customizable at the same time

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

Free tier could allow for more monthly builds

**Recommendations to others considering Buddy:**

Just go for it

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CI/CD pipeline for an app hosted on GCP Cloud Run was really easy to set up

  ### 19. Easiest CI/CD tool I used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robin M. | Full Stack Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

I use buddy daily for continuous integration and deployment at work and this tools saves us so much time. You can setup a pipeline in minutes and it has lots of support with other services like Amazon Web Service or Digital Oceans for deployment or Slack for logging and notifications.
New features are added regularly and its free for private projects or small teams (5 projects and 120 executions a month are included in the free plan).

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

At the moment I'm totally satisfied with the features buddy provides. But if I had to be nitpicking I would like more than 120 executions per month on the free plan.

**Recommendations to others considering Buddy:**

Go try it, its free and easy!

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testing, building and deployment to different servers/environment

  ### 20. Buddy is amazing easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diogo M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

I like Buddy because everything is so easy, with some clicks your project is done to deploy.

- Pipelines
- Experience in the dashboard is amazing
- Integrations with other platforms

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

The price is must expensive for me that are individual developer and lives in Brazil that dollar has R$4,00

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buddy is amazing because I have two environments in Digital Ocean, test and production running Docker with Nginx and PHP, with Buddy the tasks for deploy is too simple, is just send push in the repository Git that Buddy automate the deploy running all pipelines

  ### 21. best CI/CD tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick S. | Desenvolvedor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

very simple the integration and creation of pipelines

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

I have nothing to complain about so far.

**Recommendations to others considering Buddy:**

Undoubtedly, the best CI/CD option on the market today is very simple to set up and replicate existing environments. If you're unsure which one to use, you can confidently choose Buddy, a tool that has tried almost every other option. Best of all, there is a free plan that works well for the start of small projects.

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of delivery of an API in Node.js and front-end in Vue.js, with very fast executions and test monitoring.

  ### 22. Why you should consider Buddy Works for your next project

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kesiena A. | Engineering Manager, TDD, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2020

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

- Sleek and intuitive UI
- Ease of constructing pipelines via the interface, and also flexibility of translating those pipelines into code/vice versa
- Ease of integrating with external tools like Slack for proper stakeholder management
- Seamless integration with Bitbucket
- 5 free projects

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

- Pricing. Initially was at $50 for the first level payment plan, didn't realize it's been increased to $75. Makes a tough choice for companies that have a lot of repos, and require fast builds - since this $75 tier does not provide parallel builds

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of deployment. Once code is shipped, I can be rest assured that it'll only be deployed when all tests pass, and I'd be notified via Slack whether it's deployed successfully or otherwise.

  ### 23. Buddy Beats The Competition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

Compared to other competitors, Buddy Works wins my vote when it comes to automated web/app deployment; deployments are extremely fast (compared to other competitors). Buddy has many deployment options/actions available even for non-paid users, such as image optimisation tool, ssh commands, etc. The UI is easy extremely clean and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

Pricing seems to be a bit steep. I wish they had cheaper options.

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easer UI compared to other competitors, as well as the benefits it gives for non-paid users. Quicker/easier deployments mean time and money saved.

  ### 24. Buddy is a fast and stable collaboration platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Arquitecto de aplicaciones web, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

Buddy is an excellent tool for sharing uploaded projects in my repositories. I highlight its virtues of minimalist interface design and the fluidity of its navigation pages. I like that it has the capacity to make corrections to the developed codes. I also like being able to access the platform from anywhere in the world and through any device.

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

The main disadvantage that Buddy has is its monthly cost, since it is above other famous platforms such as Github, Bitbucket or GitLab.

**Recommendations to others considering Buddy:**

Buddy is a stable and fast project collaboration platform. It will allow you to share your development projects and documentation to your colleagues. In my opinion, this application has great potential in the future since they are in an innovation direction and is demonstrated in each update.

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buddy guarantees our organization the privacy of our technological projects. This tool allows us to create private repositories either through integrations or Buddy's own repository, thus avoiding any plagiarism of data and implementing the innovation of cloud technology.

  ### 25. Easy to set up

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

Really easy to set up pipelines for new projects and existing ones. It's very easy to explain to other team members, and introduce CI/CD.

The console is fun and quickly shows me what's in progress, if previous builds have failed at a glance.

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

It was more difficult than expected to set up Infrastructure as Code. We transformed our project's pipeline into YAML, as per documentation, but it didn't work. We might need to try again with a more basic pipeline.

Although it's really good for getting started and learning, it may not have all the capabilities required as a project matures. For us now, it's good.

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits - enable any dev team member to set up, maintain, and edit pipelines and all learn CI/CD processes.

  ### 26. Excellent CI/CD tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo R. | Co-founder & CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

I really like all the integrations they have with all cloud providers, languages. The UI/UX is very good too. Customer support is responsive and really helps solving the problems.

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

I would like to see more native apps building tools for iOS.. I know they have for android but it would be complete if ios build was supported.

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run our entire CI/CD pipeline on Buddy, from continuous integration/testing, deploy to staging/qa environment and finally deploy to production.

  ### 27. Right now the best CI/CD tool right now

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jakub W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

- easy to configure
- multiple configuration available
- no need to write yaml or any other tool
- FREE!!!!!
- easy to configure to work with Github and Firebase
- easy way to configure error notifications

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

- no info about cache exceeded
- pipeline could be moved into some tree like on Gitlab

**Recommendations to others considering Buddy:**

Best CI/CD to start with

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy automate deploy to Firebase

  ### 28. Simple and reliable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karl M. | Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

The pipeline building user interface is great. It's really intuitive and means I won't have to wrestle any more YAML pipline configurations

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

After having used Buddy for a few months, I've not really got anything to dislike. Could be cheaper but the pricing seems fair enough

**Recommendations to others considering Buddy:**

Definitely worth a go. It's super quick to get started and is really powerful

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Am using buddy to deploy websites. It's easier and more reliable that scripting it using other methods. After trying CircleCI and BitBucket pipelines it's refreshing to be able to setup automated deployment so easily!

  ### 29. Scales perfectly from simple to complex

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris M. | Owner / Designer / Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

Buddy excels in just about every aspect of continuous integration and deployment. The UI is simple and attractive, the customer support is great, and most importantly it can handle just about any setup from extremely simple to extremely complex. Over the 5+ years I've been using it the Buddy team has steadily added new integrations and functionality. Buddy is one of the few online services I would have a very hard time replacing with something else.

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

Given the number of configuration options, there is somewhat of a learning curve to getting the most out of Buddy.

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handling build and deployment process for dozens of web projects.

  ### 30. Easiest CI/CD out there

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gavin G. | Freelance Web Developer / Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

It's just easy and simple! We don't use Buddy for anything groundbreaking, mostly just to reliably build and deploy our code.

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

Sometimes it can be a little hard to navigate around and find what you're looking for without having to dig around or search Google.

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of deploying reliable code. No matter how big the size of your project or company, FTP just doesn't cut it anymore.

  ### 31. A solid platform for automating deployment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

Having moved from another CI tool switching to Buddy was a breathe of fresh air. The UI is clear and well presented, the integrations are easy to implement. I've also barely scratched the surface of what I am hoping to be able to do with it.

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

Setting up repeat tasks is not always as straight forward as it could be

**Recommendations to others considering Buddy:**

If you are after a powerful CI/CD tool that has features to cover nearly anything you might want to do I'd recommend Buddy

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating deployment of a range of websites, tools and more - it has made this task effortless.

  ### 32. Simple, Efficient, and Just Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glyn M. | Lead Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

Ease of use, flexibility of configuration, and built-in integrations

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

None that I can immediately think of. All good.

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to bring the build and deployment of our application closer to home, rather than relying on the app's built-in antiquated process. We are now deploying faster, and more often, and have great visibility of the entire process now. Also, Buddy's support team are pretty fantastic!

  ### 33. Best and simplest-to-use CI/CD

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Piotr B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2020

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

Simplicity and easy of use, Integrations (Slack), SSH commands on targets.

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

To be honest and compared to other tools there is nothing to dislike.

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CI/CD of JavaScript and Ruby products, from GitHub to production

  ### 34. Simple, slick deployments

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh K. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

- Their free account is generous for small or hobby projects
- The UI is slick
- Setting up a deploy pipeline was a cinch

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

If I don't log in for a while, they threaten to deactivate my account

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buddy has helped me (finally) replace deployments via FTP and made it simple.

  ### 35. Simple and clean

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oliver K. | CTO & Co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

Simplicity and confidence that when we scale, Buddy will stay along side of us.

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

Nothing so far, maybe it will come? So far we are just getting everything we need.

**Recommendations to others considering Buddy:**

Draw it one the whiteboard first, iterations is quicker there

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CD workflows that anybody can handle, and less time configuring pipelines and more time building our product.

  ### 36. Dev sites are a breeze

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew B. | Web Developer & Support Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

SFTP on every repo push is a huge plus .

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

the UI occasionally feels unresponsive .

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have had great success in using Buddy to control our staging sites. We simply push changes to our repo, and watch in amazement as our dev sites are updated. This is especially good when clients are viewing their dev sites, as we can implement their feedback and have them quick it quickly and easily.

  ### 37. Make things easy with Buddy software.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alphones H. | Information Technology Support Specialist, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

With this software, it is very easy to get started with, intuitive. No real need to familiarize yourself with how the tooling works. Building the deployment flow, aka pipeline is very intuitive. You can create multiple pipelines to manage all the necessary processes to run your application. Upload files to multiple servers, compile applications and send notifications.

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

When your pipeline does things that need a long execution time, Buddy can give a timeout and leave the task halfway done.

**Recommendations to others considering Buddy:**

Really customer focused, good and fast support, easy to use and its always improving fast with new features. I highly recommend it to other companies.

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software has enabled me to upload GIT files to FTP without requiring me to configure anything on the destination server. It is very useful when you do not have SSH access or you just do not want to program complicated scripts. It has also helped us in projects deployment.

  ### 38. Just Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua K. | Integrations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

The interface is incredibly clean. You don't normally see this in a CI app.

**What do you dislike about Buddy?**

Kinda the flipside of the cleanness: a few features can be a bit buried if you don't know where to look for them.

**What problems is Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it as our primary CI system for deploying to production servers.

  ### 39. Awesome tools

**What do you like best about Buddy?**

Makes deployments easy - can basically use drag and drop to create entire deployment workflow.

Handling of NPM packages (lots of small files) takes time on initial deployment - would prefer to be able to extract these out to server rather than have to upload as part of deployment.

Easy creation of deployment CI/CD without coding or development.
