## BUCS Reviews
  ### 1. Excellent partner, great data pipeline tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack T. | CEO and Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about BUCS?**

BUCS has been great to work with - very accommodating, responsive, and transparent. Exactly what we've been looking for in a data pipeline / ETL / database partner.

**What do you dislike about BUCS?**

Only limitations of the APIs, which is not their fault.

**What problems is BUCS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've tried to automate QuickBooks Desktop data for years, but it hasn't been possible, or at least not affordable through other options.
We also need to house dozens of QuickBooks Online connections into a central database and they can do both.

  ### 2. BUCS is Amazing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin S. | VP of Finance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about BUCS?**

BUCS is great to work with on all of our data projects. They are essentially an extension of our own team and they make the process of aggregating our data into one source seamless and easy.

**What do you dislike about BUCS?**

There is not a lot I don't like about working with BUCS. They are a great partner that I would recommend to anyone.

**What problems is BUCS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BUCS has been invaluable in consolidating all of our data into one streamlined data warehouse. We've leveraged them to help with acquisition integrations, financial reporting, and data clean up projects.

  ### 3. Business partnership

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about BUCS?**

BUCS enables seamless integration across multiple systems to create automated reports, boosting efficiency, and more importantly, delivering real-time data that helps companies stay in tune with their performance. And the set-up is quick and easy and does not create a lot of time for the end user.

**What do you dislike about BUCS?**

I'm new to BUCS so no dislike. I would say the real challenge is to have companies review their processes to make their data clean and as real time as possible.

**What problems is BUCS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BUCS is enabling us to provide enhanced deliverables for our clients.

  ### 4. BUCS experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fritz K. | VP, Improvement, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about BUCS?**

I like that they listened to what I needed from them and helped deliver it. I feel like most companies in this space don't listen to your need and try to put you in a box.

**What do you dislike about BUCS?**

I have been pleased with what they have delivered for me.

**What problems is BUCS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem they are solving for me is creating datasets that I can easily use. I benefit because I do not have the technical skills required to maintain it. I also dont have the bandwidth.

  ### 5. Great Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trevor F. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about BUCS?**

It scales well. We have grown from $120M since we started with Bucs to well over $300M in just 18 months and Bucs has grown with us. I have no doubts that we can acquire a business and stand up the analytics piece within days.

**What do you dislike about BUCS?**

Can't think of anything. We plan to be a customer for years.

**What problems is BUCS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We acquire businesses across the country and the data is all a bit different. Bucs allows us to quickly combine results and pull into PowerBI.

  ### 6. great partner!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy J. M. | Sr. Engagement Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about BUCS?**

The people are knowledgeable and always able to help solve whatever issues pop up

**What do you dislike about BUCS?**

No constructive feedback at this time, BUCS has beedn very helpful

**What problems is BUCS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have the team and expertise to build data pipelines and manage the process of getting data out of our systems and into a centralized warehouse. We do have internal resources to build reports and visualizations in PowerBI and the role that BUCS plays allows us to spend more time working on the businesses instead of pulling the data.
