I like about this Bubbles platform is it simplifies synchronous collaboration across multiple cross-functional teams. Rather than scheduling meetings or writing long emails, we can record our screen and voice while leaving timestamp Commons directly on the videos. Their AI-generated meeting notes and summaries, along with the action items and transcript saves a lot of manual work, which will be taken care of in the meeting. Their UI interface is very clean and intuitive; the recordings can be used to quickly create and share, and it can also be integrated with our everyday workflows for a remote team. It has also become a practical way to communicate feedback without even interrupting the monthly schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bubbles? Why is this platform is very easy to use, but some of the AI-powered features and collaboration capabilities are reserved only on paid plans. They can also build more advanced workplace management and reporting features, along with the administrative controls, which would make this platform more effective in terms of its performance. Also, their longer recordings can take some time to process before the AI summary becomes available for our team to grasp. They can have more native integration with project management and CRM platforms, which would make our work really easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Bubbles solving and how is that benefiting you? This platform helps us by solving the challenge of communicating detailed feedback and project updates without even requiring live meetings and instead of trying to explain the changes over a chat or email, we can easily record the screen and meeting and highlight the exact reference of the overalls and share it to the cross-functional team instantly. This has also reduced unnecessary meetings and improved our collaboration across distributed teams and helpdesk decisions move forward faster while keeping the communication well documented. The features are intentional and the experience is amazing. As part of a remote team, we often analyze sites and improve on our own through decisions centered around feedback. By being able to simply click a button and comment on all aspects of a site, the process is made super easy. I've found uses for this in discovering ideas and analyzing sites that can be used as references for our own design decisions. Bubbles has also removed a lot of the hassle of collecting and sharing feedback related to design choices. Through a single link, I'm able to share my thoughts and receive everyone else's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bubbles? While Bubbles allows you to share individual sites, I would prefer if you could also be able to share spaces too. The ability to group content into categories is something that I value about Bubbles, although it is also where it's lacking. I oftentimes want to share more than one site that I have saved and am currently required to send a link for each. A change that would fix this is by allowing for spaces to also be shared so that all sites inside them could be explored. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Bubbles solving and how is that benefiting you? The most noticeable problem that Bubbles has solved for us is efficiency. No more extensive meetings, along with back-and-forth discussions. It has also made communication more clear and allowed us to visit what was being referenced later.
