**What do you like best about Bubblehouse?**

Support from representatives, along with great navigational capabilities on dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Bubblehouse?**

Not much to add overall. I appreciate that flagged concerns are handled well, but I’d like the dashboard to include a clearer way to flag concerns directly.

**What problems is Bubblehouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The challenge is incentivizing retention and keeping customers close and loyal to the brand. The transition will begin once we increase revenue.

**What do you like best about Bubblehouse?**

Recently began using Bubblehouse as a loyalty solution for my brand! It has been amazing to see how unique a loyalty solution could be. Instead of simply offering my customers discounts after a certain number of offers, I was able to utilize my brand assets to make my loyalty program part of my creative marketing. Definitely advise to try it out!
