**What do you like best about Bubble Software?**

The data refreshes in real time and if you update data in one area of the system, it automatically transfers to other areas, whether that is the planning section, reports, or dashboards. It is very customizable and the use of keywords helps filter data. It is also very easy to implement access / special permissions for different users to have different roles and visibility.

**What do you dislike about Bubble Software?**

Some of the usability for creating and editing the system (i.e. dashboards) is not straightforward so it can be a little frustrating trying to change the formatting to how I want things (it is a learning curve!). Would like to see more options for dashboards and easier to save settings.

**What problems is Bubble Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real time data visualization and organization, risk identification for projects, sorting and slicing data about the portfolio, project reporting, financial reporting, tracking project items like the teams list, project health.

**What do you like best about Bubble Software?**

The customization options available both via the Support team and admin/back office. This allows several of the structures within Bubble to be optimized for the type of work needed. While not everything can be customized, the Bubble team is always open to feedback and exploring 'outside-the-box' ways to work with our business needs! Bubble is also very easy to use and implement across teams!

**What do you dislike about Bubble Software?**

The limitations with download and uploading of reports. Specifically, limitations with Excel in that the formatting must be minimal in order to quickly upload data.

**What problems is Bubble Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bubble allows our team to generate easy to understand reports and dashboards that make it more efficient for our teams to receive an update on the projects and/or portfolios that pertain to them.
