**What do you like best about BTCC?**

Nothing at all. I cannot recommend anything about this shady organization. Except the reviews they pay for on various sites seem well written and plausible.

**What do you dislike about BTCC?**

Horrendous support. Lack of transparency on trades, no detail of fees, executed price on trades is a joke - they are taking a surcharge on everything.

Trying to get your money out of BTCC and onto another platform is an extremely painful experience.

**What problems is BTCC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to take people's money with no transparency or accountability. 

How to waste people's time with chatbot customer service.

How to infuriate people when they do get a human being on the chat, by having irrelevant screen shots and circular discussion until the end User abandons ship.
