The plan was changed at the end of the month and charged retroactively to the 1st of the month. Then, the difference was charged as late and after the grace period. After speaking with 4 people (including a manager), they were not able to resolve my issue. Inconsistent and wrong information was given to me by multiple people (including the manager).
