It helps control projects, resources, budgets, workers' timesheets, and invoices. What I like most is the automatic charge of workers' time, which helps a lot, and the ability to manage almost every aspect of invoices. The setup was easy and very logical. **What do you dislike about BST11?** I need a VPN to use it, making it slow. If I could access BST11 without VPN, that would be great. **What problems is BST11 solving and how is that benefiting you?** BST11 controls projects, resources, budgets, workers’ timesheets, and invoices. The automatic charge of workers' time and extensive invoice management are crucial for delivering what our customers need, preventing business collapse. ### 2. It require some input from users and the effort it puts into cross referencing the effort expended with the backlog is not well. **What do you dislike about BST11?** I find the platform lacks the ability to export reports for management purposes very helpful. It does not cater specifically to forecasts from users it needs to compensate by providing extensive reports. BST10 proves to be a cumbersome tool for project management and decision making. **What problems is BST11 solving and how is that benefiting you?** BST10 falls short is its versatility in maintaining project information, which restricts its usefulness. It fails to simplify the overwhelming timesheet management process. The outdated interface and lack of functionalities also make the software less appealing. ### 3. With an poor in terms of design and usability it has not the potential to provide a better user experience. Cross referencing effort expended versus backlog become cumbersome. Its reliance on submission hampers productivity compared to using a tool like Word. **What problems is BST11 solving and how is that benefiting you?** The systems ability to maintain project information lacks versatility which limits its usefulness. BST10 is unable to solve the difficult and overwhelming timesheet management. With its features it does not simplify the process. The interface feel a bit outdated at times incorporating new functionalities could potentially breathe life into its appearance and overall functionality. ### 4. The interface is clunky making it difficult to navigate. The platform has a workflow that not making it accessible, to users of all skill levels. Like software, BST10 also overwhelms you with accounting terms and jargon. **What do you dislike about BST11?** BST10 primarily focuses on exporting reports for management and neglects the need for manual forecasts by regular users. It lacks the capability to cross effort expended versus backlog. Managing all project information becomes burdensome impeding the storage of time monitoring data, and expenses. **What problems is BST11 solving and how is that benefiting you?** The generation of timesheets and expense reports, on the platform is not very user friendly. When it doesn't work you have no idea why as the errors are cryptic. **What do you dislike about BST11?** The interface is outdated, it feels like a 20 years old piece of software from Windows XP. The workflow is not user intuitive and uses accounting terms and jargons that doesn't make sense to layperson. **What problems is BST11 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It only helps upper management to export financial reports however for forecasts that also rely on the users to submit manual forecasts (not smart at all). It would be faster for me to just open up a Word doc to generate invoices. ### 8.
