With BSC Designer, I've found a very complete and easy-to-use tool. In particular, I like the interface with its many functionalities that are easy to grasp; the automatically generated strategy map and results dashboard; the indicators, which are easy to manage and highly configurable. I also really appreciate the articles online and the videos on youtube which are clear and informative. Access to the free online version is also a real plus for small projects or students. I contacted the customer support and received a reply very quickly, which is great. The integration with Googlsheet is a real advantage, but could be improved. **What do you dislike about BSC Designer?** I haven't yet encountered any limitations, but what I don't like at the moment is the business model based on an annual license, the price being relatively expensive for an individual. I'd prefer to buy a permanent license with the option of upgrades. Integration with visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau would be nice to have. **What problems is BSC Designer solving and how is that benefiting you?** BSC Designer helps me to graphically represent abstract concepts and to organize a logical framework that I can work out with my team. ### 4. The platform helps to articulate a balance scorecard in a very good way and develop a good connection between core strategies, mission and vision statements, and set strategic goals. One of the standout features is the strategy maps. The platform automatically creates visually appealing and comprehensive strategy maps. We have been able to present complex strategies on a single page. It has helped immensely in communicating strategies effectively to clients. The AI-powered quality score for KPI scorecards and strategy maps allows us to identify performance gaps, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions with ease. This feature has saved us significant time and effort in analyzing progress and making adjustments to any strategies we develop on this platform. **What do you dislike about BSC Designer?** The User Interface and Experience can be improved in some areas, for example in complex strategies for linking top-level strategy goals to multiple area objectives and a broad range of different activities. The reporting facility can also be improved, however we use the platform in conjunction with other software tools specific to reporting and visualisation. A range of integrations have also proved to be useful to our strategy consultants for reducing the manual process to use this platform with other software tools. **What problems is BSC Designer solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it quicker and easier to bring together different elements of a balanced scorecard and emphasize the key components of a strategy ### 5. I signed into it a few months ago but only just got around to a more detailed examination. It appears to have a lot of very useful features. I'll log in later and give a further update! **What do you dislike about BSC Designer?** I haven't yet discovered any downsides, but that's because I haven't fully tested it yet. The graphics are a little dated, and I couldn't make the export/import work, but that could be just because I didn't follow the directions. **What problems is BSC Designer solving and how is that benefiting you?** A product like this helps to manage and track formal Strategic reporting. I have used similar products in the past and found them to be very helpful. I have high hopes for this one, too. ### 6.
