What problems is Bruntwork solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run a Courier service with a very high volume service, we complete several jobs per hour, and our customers expect prompt updates. We recently hired a team member from Brunt work to assist with customer updates so that our dispatching team can focus on important job details in making sure everything goes well And routing. What do you like best about Bruntwork?

The VA assigned to us does an excellent job performing the tasks assigned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bruntwork?

Their portal and timekeeping issues that are not related to our VA clocking inappropriately, but are inherent in their system. We haven't had a payroll yet without having to raise an issue with the software bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Bruntwork:

It's a cheaper platform than others, but you do all of the work/cost in monitoring productivity and compliance. There are other platforms that are full-service, but also cost more. What problems is Bruntwork solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accounts receivable and insurance verification/authorizations need constant care and attention. We tackle it in many ways. Our Bruntwork worker, Delia, does an excellent job of learning and applying the guides we give her for providing the service/support we need.
