We have a tele-psychiatry practice that is still relatively new and in a growth phase. Bruntwork provided us with dozens of strong candidates who were well-matched to the roles we needed - especially in the areas of the business experiencing the fastest growth. We were able to clearly define key responsibilities and identify a candidate who was an excellent fit. We were fortunate to bring to the team a very energetic team player who has been able to augment the quality of our communication and project management. Tiffany is self motivated and gets tasks done but more importantly she has learned the part of the business that she is part of and can now identify value adding activities and tasks and creatively executes them.
