Lots of bugs happen on specific devices or specific OS versions, and because we remote work, we can't possibly own all those devices at every developer's house. BrowserStack allows us to fill that gap when reproducing and testing bugs. **What do you dislike about BrowserStack?** The biggest hurdle that I run into is the browser developer tools suck. They don't work half the time, or they freeze or exhibit all kinds of janky behavior. Because it's often critical to diagnosing the issue, when it doesn't work, your application goes from helpful to just a waste of time in a half second. The other is sometimes you don't have the combination device the customer has, and in those cases, you also aren't useful. Lastly, the speed of getting into your device is slow when doing work fast with AI. It's much slower than just opening my Dev Tools locally and going, but sometimes it's necessary. Then as I am generating code, my session gets logged out, and having to re-get a device and re-login to my stuff and get back to where I was is a pain.
