**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about BrowserStack?**

App Live makes repros trivial. Upload APK/IPA, pick the exact device/OS, and capture video + screenshots + logcat/syslog in one link, perfect for crisp Jira tickets.
Evidence in one place. Session URLs bundle video, network/HAR, device metadata, and WebView console logs, no tool-hopping. The tunnel hits feature-branch APIs behind VPN, we toggle locale/RTL, timezone, geolocation, and 3G/4G/offline profiles to mimic real users.
App Automate scales fast. We shard Appium suites across ~30 real devices (e.g., Pixel 8, iPhone 13), tag by branch/commit, and finish PR gates in ~15 minutes instead of ~60.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

Peak-time queues on popular iPhones, making cold starts slower than simulators. iOS signing quirks (entitlements/universal links) can stall first-time setup.

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real devices/OS combos surface emulator-only misses, “works on my machine” escapes dropped ~30–40%. Faster, trustable CI signal - Parallel App Automate cuts PR loop to ~15 minutes with artifacts that speed triage/MTTR by ~60–70%. Reproducible edge cases which means deep links, SSO, RTL, and throttled-network bugs are provable in App Live in minutes, not days.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about BrowserStack?**

Chrome 3PC/ITP readiness sweeps. We run a cookie matrix (first-party only, partitioned, SameSite=Lax) across Chrome/Safari in Live/Automate to catch auth and cross-subdomain bugs before launch, no local hacks. DST/locale “calendar chaos” runs. One pass sets devices to DST-switch dates and non-Gregorian locales to flush out date math, invoice due-date, and countdown bugs that unit tests miss. Install/uninstall sanity for mobile. App Live lets us validate clean-install vs upgrade paths (cold cache, SW/asset refresh), uncovering stale WebView assets and versioned deep-links.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

No first-class device reservations for release hour; popular Safari/macOS queues still bite.

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prevents “day-one” auth failures: Cookie/ITP sweeps catch SSO fall-throughs early, avoiding hotfix Fridays. Stops calendar/localization bugs: DST/locale matrices reveal off-by-one and formatting issues before customers do. De-risks mobile upgrades: Clean-install vs upgrade checks surface cached asset and link-routing regressions, cutting MTTR on app releases.

I think it's fine but improvements to keep up with current industry changes would be great

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BrowserStack for testing emails and sites. I like its easy-to-use UI and options, especially the BrowserStack Automate tool.

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about BrowserStack?**

I love testing on a wide range of devices.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

It’s becoming increasingly complex, and it doesn’t seem to offer a separate path for FED or QA individuals.

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client support is helpful, especially when they notice something I don’t see.

  ### 38. Comprehensive Device Testing with BrowserStack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeline F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about BrowserStack?**

I like that BrowserStack has every possible device that our users use, making the offerings really comprehensive. It's great for seeing how screens look on different simulated device sizes, helping me ensure that designs aren't hanging off the edge of screens or that words aren't scrunched.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

Sometimes the simulators are a little laggy.

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BrowserStack to check screen designs on different devices, ensuring designs aren't hanging off edges and text isn't scrunched.

  ### 39. Browser Stack meet my team's needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2024

The Browser Stack live testing on multiple browsers and the Percy Visual Testing

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

There is nothing that I dislike about the Browserstack tools

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Percy/Browstack has taken care of our visual regrssion testing and we use the Automate as well for all our test cases prior to deployment as well as smoke tests afterwards. The time it takes to deploy has decreased significantly. This has given me the confidence to deploy frequently.

  ### 40. “Efficient Cross-Browser Testing Made Simple”

It saves time and cost, improves test coverage, helps catch bugs early, and enables faster, more reliable releases

  ### 41. Reliable browser test on real devices

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian U. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about BrowserStack?**

I like that BrowserStack provides real devices and not simulations, which leads to more meaningful and reliable test results. The initial setup was absolutely easy and caused no problems.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

Testing on multiple devices simultaneously should be standard and not incur additional costs. One should not have to pay extra for simultaneous testing on multiple devices.

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BrowserStack for testing on many different devices, which increases the reliability and significance of the test results.

  ### 42. Browserstack Makes Testing Fast and Easy for Our Development Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about BrowserStack?**

I like the functionality that Browserstack provides. It makes it easy for our development team to test quickly, spot issues, and identify what needs to be fixed.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

The only real downside I’ve noticed is that performance can be slow at times, although that may be related to our local environment.

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When our business team identifies issues on their websites, Browserstack helps us quickly pinpoint the cause and resolve the reported problems in a timely manner.

  ### 43. Comprehensive Testing, Some UI Slowdowns

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ketan S.

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about BrowserStack?**

I really appreciate that BrowserStack has all the different devices and operating systems in one place, making it super convenient for testing. It supports browser debugging, which makes it really easy for us to understand the actual issues. I also like that we don't need to load the same website or web application on different devices, as everything is available at one User Interface. The initial setup was easy with our account director.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

Debugging is present but not perfect. Sometimes the whole UI becomes a little non-responsive and slow.

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BrowserStack helps us with multi-device testing and tracking new device variations. It's a one-stop shop for testing on different devices and OS, with integrated browser debugging that simplifies identifying issues.

  ### 44. Essential Tool for Mobile Debugging Success

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about BrowserStack?**

Browserstack was instrumental in helping us debug issues that our platform encountered on mobile devices. Since we relied on webviews for mobile, diagnosing API failures would have been much more difficult without Browserstack.
Another feature I really liked is it solves the need of having physical devices for testers, making testing possible across various device types and models.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

When testing wallet payments such as Google Pay and Apple Pay, I found that they were not supported through BrowserStack. This is because setting up a Google or Apple account is required before testing these wallets. I believe that if there were a way to mock social accounts, it might have made this feature possible.

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has been very helpful for mobile device testing, especially since it allows us to review logs and inspect API failures. Being able to access this information makes troubleshooting much easier.

Browser stack is providing no code tools which help your qa and testing journeys

  ### 46. Fast Setup with Comprehensive Testing, Needs Smooth Navigation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott T. | Digital Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I use BrowserStack to perform user testing on my website. I like how it makes testing across multiple devices and browsers easy, and I can even test from different regions. It's easy to use and spins up pretty fast. The initial setup was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

Navigating between different BrowserStack products can be confusing and internal promotions can feel bothersome.

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BrowserStack for testing across multiple devices and browsers, and even from different regions.

I love that BrowserStack gives instant access to real devices and browsers. No need to set up a device lab or fiddle with emulators. It’s super reliable for catching UI bugs and browser-specific issues, and the interface makes switching between devices and OS versions really smooth. It saves me a ton of time and makes testing much less stressful.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

Honestly, I don’t have major complaints. It works really well for my testing needs. Sometimes sessions can feel a bit slow, but overall it’s very reliable and smooth.

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets you quickly test on real devices and browsers without managing hardware, helping catch bugs faster and saving a lot of time.

  ### 49. Extensive Device Support and Powerful Automation Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about BrowserStack?**

Real device testing with lot of features available, amazed with the features like changing location, network throttling ,etc. More features can be added, one of which is most needed for us is factory reset a device.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

Some lags and sometimes device automatically shuts down due to unknown issues directly on launch sometimes, also needed to use test automation, but want to demo it first which is not available.

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testing on real device without owning them and with the advantage of keeping the devices present everywhere, I have the advantage to test these from anywhere, don't have to carry the devices everywhere with me. Also, the variety of manufacturers present is a good thing, which is very good.
