**What do you like best about BrowserStack?**

The most valuable part for me has been BrowserStack’s test case management capabilities, especially how straightforward it is to organize test cases in a clear, structured way. We can group scenarios logically, tailor the suite to our project’s needs, and set up test runs using either a specific selection of cases or the entire suite, depending on the scope of the release. That flexibility has made our regression planning and execution much smoother.

Another major benefit is how easily it integrates with our existing automated test suite, which helps us keep manual and automated testing aligned within a single workflow. Overall, the customization options and seamless integration have strengthened our test management process and made execution more efficient.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

So far, my experience with the product has been strong, and we haven’t run into any major functional issues. If I had to call out one area for improvement, it would be pricing flexibility for growing teams. As adoption of test case management expands across QA, development, and product teams, costs can scale quickly as more users come on board and usage needs increase. More flexible, team-based pricing tiers or better packaging for organizations that are expanding would make it easier to roll the tool out more broadly without running into budget concerns.

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using BrowserStack Test Management, we did not have a well-organized list of test cases, and during releases it was difficult to clearly track what had been tested and what was still pending. We also lacked visibility into execution status, such as how many test cases had passed, failed, or were not tested at all, so we had to rely mostly on our automation test runs for confidence. After implementation, we now have a structured and organized test case repository along with clear release-wise test runs. This gives us immediate visibility into pass, fail, and untested cases, helping the team quickly understand release readiness. The biggest benefit is that nothing gets missed during validation, which has made our release process more reliable and improved confidence before deployment.

**What do you like best about BrowserStack?**

I like the real device coverage BrowserStack provides, offering an impressive list of physical devices to run my Appium scripts across multiple environments. It's important for me because mobile apps behave differently depending on the OS version and the actual hardware. The ability to pick a specific device and run my script against it gives me a confidence level that emulators can't match. I've caught bugs that only appear on certain Android versions. Additionally, the video recordings and session logs have saved me a lot of time when debugging failures—I just watch what happened and share it with developers instead of trying to reproduce issues manually.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

Sessions can disconnect during longer test runs, which can be frustrating. The dashboard feels a bit clustered when trying to navigate between device configurations and test results quickly. Better filtering in the test results view would be helpful because it can get hard to navigate quickly, especially if looking for a specific failed run from earlier in the day.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

The biggest pain point is the cost — it gets really expensive for large teams. And sometimes the test execution feels slightly slower due to network latency compared to running locally, which can be frustrating during time-sensitive releases!

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BrowserStack solves the biggest headache in testing — "it works on my machine but fails on others!" It eliminates the need to maintain physical devices and handles cross-browser/device compatibility in one place, which saves our team huge amounts of time, reduces infrastructure costs, and gives us faster confidence that our Levi's e-commerce platform works correctly for every customer on every device!

**What do you like best about BrowserStack?**

I use BrowserStack mainly for cross-browser testing of my web app and testing my mobile application on different devices across multiple platforms. It helps me test on various screen sizes, browsers, and OS platforms without needing to own the devices, reducing costs for our business. I like that they stay on top of industry practices, especially regarding testing services, so I take insights and knowledge from their approach to solving problems. I appreciate testing on real devices instead of setting up a device farm myself. I also enjoy browsing their tool set and am interested in how their AI-adapted tools will work. The setup was simple, and I found it easy to get started.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

I always felt some discomfort sharing my org credentials like email and passwords, to enter into mobile devices and browsers when using BrowserStack. Sometimes sharing the credentials on a remote device feels insecure. I assume there might be security measures in place for those scenarios, but it's always the worst case scenario that comes to mind when sharing credentials.

I like that BrowserStack provides ready-to-use devices, saving us the need to purchase our own. It offers a wide range of testing devices on multiple platforms and OS, which is a great help for us since our software needs to run on various platforms and up-to-date OS. This variety allows us to verify the quality and behavior of our software across different devices. The initial setup of BrowserStack is not difficult and can be done by non-tech people, except for the SSO integration. Overall, I'd rate it perhaps 8 or 9 out of 10 for recommending it to others.

The main concern is pricing. It is not competitive compared to the alternatives. Also, when new device models become available on the market, it would be great if BrowserStack could add them to their device pool quickly.

I use BrowserStack for testing purposes because we don't have a wide variety of physical devices for different iOS and Android versions, so it's really helpful. What I like most about BrowserStack is how helpful it is when I'm working from home. I also use live testing and real device cloud features extensively. The live testing lets me open my application on different devices and browsers and interact with it, while the real device cloud provides access to a wide range of iOS and Android devices. The initial setup was relatively easy for my team.

Sometimes in live testing the session will be a little slow. Stability and accessibility of devices would make the experience better.

I really enjoy using BrowserStack because it offers so many different variations of iPhone and Android formats, and all the different browsers. It's great to be able to check different version numbers and different tablets to ensure that responsiveness is working properly within a tool. We find it very helpful for team collaboration to make sure that everything is functioning properly. Initial setup was super easy, and I appreciate being able to log in and have access to check different versions and website browsers. It's very helpful to try out sandbox links on different devices to ensure our tool meets the responsiveness needed for most general models.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

Sometimes in BrowserStack, we don't see the same display that we do with actual physical devices. This discrepancy can lead to second guessing and double checking, making it really hard to tell what is the correct experience when troubleshooting an issue.

The capability to replicate multiple device environments at once is great, letting us test simultaneously across Apple devices and Android. I like BrowserStack's compatibility for integration with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions. It is very useful to trigger multiple runs using CI from anywhere, which I find incredibly convenient. I also appreciate the setup of the local lab with active runners integrated with BrowserStack App Automate through GitHub Actions, making it easy to trigger tests and check live videos of each test case for both Android and iOS platforms. The initial setup was quite good, and the explanation documents provided are very helpful. I find the team to be supportive, active through mail and Slack chats, always ready to resolve any sort of issues.

Sometimes when we are running continuous suites with the multiple test cases BrowserStack timeout exception will hurts and won't works apart from that looks cool to use

I use BrowserStack for Test Case writing, execution, and automation testing. I like the UI's great look and clarity, which is better compared to the tools I've used before. The UI text, font, and buttons are more prominent, making things easier. I enjoy the ease of access throughout the website.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

Some demos are at off times, and using the 'Get demo' option didn't work because I got a reply through email that sounded rude. I had to reach out to multiple documentations to get started initially, which was very frustrating. The initial setup was not easy because there were no demos available, and the BrowserStack team was not ready to provide a demo either.

**What do you like best about BrowserStack?**

It's a fully fledged platform that I can find almost any feature that I need for different types of testing. Looking at smaller competitors, each of them provides some of the features, and I will need to learn different ecosystems, set them up differently, and it will make the system more complex as well

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

I would like to have an easy process to activate free trials for features that have not yet activated by our organization. Many times, developers need to just use the features as a POC to see how it works and to present that POC to their peers and managers, and then decide if it's worth paying for activating that new feature. In my experience, it wasn't a smooth process and needed back-and-forth meetings with BrowseerStack.

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes everything we need for testing available through a comprehensive list of features that work without bugs and glitches. I tried many other platforms, and I can say that the stability and diverse features are the main advantages of BrowserStack, which helps us to be more efficient

I use BrowserStack for testing and alerts, especially in our development environment to catch bugs before shipping to production. I appreciate the alerts that signal us if our environment is broken. It helps us detect flakiness in our tests and if any of our end-to-end testing is failing. I like how it gives us good insights into our tests and helps us drill down on what's failing. The feature of having videos recorded and screenshots available is particularly helpful for debugging failing tests.

It wasn't intuitive to set up. I think there were multiple product lines that confused me, so I had to run through several docs before it got up and running. I think the CI/CD docs could be improved. The initial setup wasn't super easy; it took me a few working days to get it up and running.

I like how BrowserStack helps me test across multiple devices without having to supply my team with all of these devices, making it quicker to onboard and offboard team members. One of my favorite features is Percy, which allows for easy screenshots and direct testing across my entire app. The ease of access simplifies my workflows and processes, saving time for my team. I appreciate that I don't have to buy licenses, which makes everything quicker and faster. The ability to automate workflows and integrate with my CICD pipelines is also a huge plus, as it eliminates the worry about manual processes. Setup was easy and straightforward and everyone is familiar with how to use it, so there are no blockers.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

Cost can be high when I'm constantly onboarding and offboarding. Really don't like the per seat payment. I prefer usage-based cost rather than seat-based cost because I'm constantly rolling people on and off throughout the life cycle of various projects. And that makes it difficult to manage.

**What do you like best about BrowserStack?**

I like BrowserStack's good interface and the ability to pull up devices, which makes dealing with stakeholder feedback much easier. It's convenient for checking how things look on specific devices like iPhones, even if I don't have those devices myself. Knowing that I'm running tests on real devices gives me confidence, and being able to recreate or not recreate bugs is really helpful. The setup was dead simple, I just logged in and clicked stuff, and it was done.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

I'm not able to see any options to zoom. And I don't mean zooming the device, but zooming the view of the device in my browser. So if I'm testing on an iPhone mini, things can look pretty small. It'd be nice to be able to zoom the entire view of the entire device, and I don't know how to do that.

BrowserStack gives me access to various real devices, making it easier to test and handle stakeholder feedback effectively. It provides a reliable way to recreate bugs and has a good interface, simplifying interactions.

It completely killed our device lab. No more keeping old version of phone, browsers and OS to test and reproduce bugs. Also, we have access to more devices and operative systems that I can access in seconds.
The local testing is fantastic. Being able to securely tunnel my localhost directly to an device environment accelerates the development and catches many quirks early.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

The biggest annoyance is the latency. The input lag between clicking and the screen actually updating can be frustrating. It makes debugging fast UI animations painful.

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BrowserStack basically solves the absolute nightmare of device and browser fragmentation. Trying to ensure a web app works perfectly across every single iPhone, random Android, and obscure Windows browser version is incredibly tedious. It completely eliminates the need for us to buy and maintain a physical "device lab" at the office.
For me personally, the biggest benefit is how much faster I can debug. Thanks to their local testing tunnel, I can test my localhost code on a real, cloud-hosted device or browser before I even open a PR. I don’t have to push to staging just to reproduce a weird Safari-only bug.

Extensions are exclusive to Google Chrome, and as much as I’d like to use them, it’s not enough to convince me to switch browsers. Give Firefox some love.

I use it to see how apps and websites behave across different versions of Android and iOS. I haven’t had time to explore the other tools yet, like automated testing, but they seem like they could be useful.

I feel like when I am using TestFlight if there is a way to store my login credentials, it would be really helpful.

I really find the reporting purpose helpful. The ability to use devices in the cloud is very helpful for mobile application testing. I like the integration with the CICD pipeline and the mobile simulators that are already available. No-code automation is a great feature of BrowserStack. I appreciate the easy maintainability and scalability, along with many inbuilt features like automation and CICD integration, which are helpful.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

The integration with Jira is not quite so well. So if I want to raise a bug, I have to raise it in Jira and link it back to BrowserStack, which is more manual. Rather, BrowserStack should be able to integrate directly with Jira. And that can be improved.

BrowserStack's cloud devices simplify our mobile app tests, eliminating the need for physical devices. The reporting feature is very helpful.

The most common frustrations with BrowserStack usually center on pricing and performance. The high cost can result in a lower ROI for smaller teams, and users often notice latency or lag when streaming real devices, which impacts the overall performance of manual testing.

Additionally, while the UI/UX is generally clean, managing "flaky" automated tests can be difficult without more advanced AI-driven debugging tools. Some users also report that support response times can be slow when dealing with complex integration issues in high-pressure CI/CD environments.

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BrowserStack solves the massive headache of fragmentation across devices and browsers. Before using it, testing required maintaining a physical device lab, which was a nightmare for Pricing/ROI and maintenance.

Now, we can access thousands of real devices instantly, which has significantly improved our Performance and testing speed. The seamless Integrations with our CI/CD pipeline mean we catch bugs earlier in the dev cycle. Even with the premium cost, the ROI is clear through saved engineering hours and the peace of mind provided by AI-driven features like self-healing tests.

Honestly, the best part is just not having to manage a drawer full of physical devices. I can jump into a real iPhone or an obscure Android version in seconds. The latency is low enough that it actually feels like you're using the device, which is a lifesaver for quick CSS fixes.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

It can be quite expensive for smaller teams. Also, the performance isn't always 1:1 with a local device—scrolling and animations can feel a bit choppy sometimes depending on the connection.

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the massive headache of device fragmentation. We can't realistically buy every iPhone and Android model that comes out, let alone maintain them. BrowserStack gives us instant access to a huge cloud of real hardware, which means we can ship features confidently knowing they actually work on a customer’s specific phone, not just a simulator.

I really like that BrowserStack allows me to use any kind of device and operating system across different screen sizes, providing a very native and organic experience. It's super simple to set up with no issues and very little configuration required, allowing me to get to testing straight away.

I had a lot of issues with loading time, and this was not similar to a native app experience. For example, when I was using an iPhone 13 in BrowserStack, the loading time of the device was extremely slow. We thought it might be a product problem, but it seemed more like an issue with the device in BrowserStack software.

I use BrowserStack for testing our claims processing on various devices. It lets me access our digital portal across different screen sizes and operating systems, providing a native experience.

The parallel testing and testing queues are beneficial. I appreciate the APP-LIVE feature, as it allows me to test crash fixes on specific devices with specific OS versions. App Automate is another feature I value for running automation on a daily basis across a wide range of devices. The initial setup was good, with easy-to-understand documentation.

Sometime devices get timeout and don't start smoothly which is one of the major issues I see.

**What do you like best about BrowserStack?**

I really like the test run management and analytics it offers, whether or not I integrate the Browserstack SDK. I also appreciate the quick turnaround time from both vendor and client support.

**What do you dislike about BrowserStack?**

Browserstack sometimes doesn’t show test runs or the interactive debugging mode. This is probably due to latency, possibly because the SDK isn’t integrated. Overall, though, that’s mostly the only issue we face as a team.

**What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a test automation team, we needed a plug-and-play test run analytics dashboard, which is exactly what BrowserStack offers. It’s easy to use and secure for our internal systems.
