"Good software but can be a bit clunky at times"

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I like how it allows me to track manual regressions and the progress of my testers. Easy to add new test cases and track automation integration.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I think the filtering of test cases can be improved. I am not sure if a new feature or I just missed before, but I love the ability to see my folders in a test run. The consilidated view was a bit frustrating to use because things were a bit out of order.

back to filtering, I find it incredibly frustrating that using the keyword filter clears what other filters you already have selected. If I want to search all my untested cases that are tagged to me, I should be able to further narrow the search using a keyword.

I also find it annoying that when I edit a test case, you have to fill out "mandatory" fields, that I didn't have to create when I intially made the case!

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

we didn't have a good system to manage our test cases. as a growing start up we are constantly evolving the product and have to be really flexible in our testing. BrowserStack allows me to easily manage my test cases and assign them to other people.

"Extremely helpful tool!"

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

When it comes to making sure your website works like a charm across different browsers, BrowserStack is a solid choice. It’s like your toolkit for tackling compatibility issues. Just keep in mind that it might not be the best fit for tight budgets, and there could be a few bumps along the way. I'm specially a fan of their Test Management Suite!

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Just keep in mind that it might not be the best fit for tight budgets, and there could be a few bumps along the way. But overall, it’s a handy companion for anyone who wants to create a seamless user experience across the vast landscape of the internet.

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm in need of constant access to live devices to perform my testing duties. BrowserStack provides an immense catalogue of options to choose from, from Mac to Windows and from iOS and Android.

"I got to know important aspect for accessibility testing and visual testing"

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Accessibility testing and test management tool - I found very helpful.

Looking forward to getting hands-on experience with these.

Enhancement - may be browser stack can provide tutorial videos as assistance in the website itself like how to use and all?

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Sometimes I notice with mobile devices we are not able to clear cache memory or hard refresh which is causing some UX issues.

Improvements May be we can provide to clear cache or cookies on test devices

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a tester for cross-browser testing, I am using a browser stack .

How applications and buttons will behave on different devices is resolved now.

We are able to enhance customer specific product as we are testing on multiple platforms.

"Get access to a wide range of devices on your browser"

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I can easily manage test cases, and test runs with the recent BrowserStack test management launch, not to mention the numerous mobile and tablet devices I can access in real-time. I can also access different operating systems and browsers with various versions.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Performing actions on devices on BrowserStack sometimes lag or is a bit slow. I have a solid internet connection, but I sometimes face this issue. And a few times when you try to connect to a device, it takes a little time, like a minute. It takes a few seconds usually.

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to carry several devices to help us in cross-browser and compatibility testing. However that has changed and we can now access so many devices and browsers with different versions.

"BrowserStack Test Management"

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Ample of cloud-native devices to perform automated tests. Continuously improving the project with various modules. Such as visual testing using Percy, test management, app-live, which provide value to the customers. Reduce the hardware costs while providing various devices with different OS, which allows testers to replicate issues seamlessly.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I'm looking forward to seeing more innovative features, especially in AI technology down the road. I'm sure the team will come up with something similar. It would be great to see marking the test results becomes more accessible with the logs instead of implementing the javascript executor function

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reduces the overhead cost of real devices. Testing on various devices and OS become feasible with BrowserStack. Moreover, as I mentioned earlier with the help of App-Live module, testers are able to replicate specific scenarios on specific device.
