What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I like the cross-browser and device testing most. I do use the App-Live feature daily. It was a real time saver for QA testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

1) It hangs sometime during the App-Live testing.

2) The log window also hangs sometimes, we have to close the session and relaunch it again.

3) The local config plug-in pop-up comes randomly.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I didn't really understand how to use or integrate BrowserStack into any of my projects. The subscription was only good for a year, and I never got a chance to actually use it. I thought it would be useful in developing a personal website, but I wasn't able to use any of the benefits or features before my trial ended. The initial setup was hard. I think better documentation and granting free access while in the GitHub program would have made it easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
