"Efficient Natural Language Scraping Tool for Content Work"
What do you like best about BrowserAct?

I use BrowserAct to gather web content from various sources for my news website. Its natural language data extraction is incredibly convenient, even for messy, unstandardized pages. The latest version greatly boosts prompt writing and testing efficiency, cutting more than half of my setup time. Its algorithms keep improving continuously and save me tons of development work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserAct?

Setting up scraping tasks for login-required pages is quite cumbersome. I need to input account credentials, confirm login and wait for page refresh before extracting data, and there is no streamlined native workflow for this common scenario. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An easy, fast way to pull any website data into your app!"
What do you like best about BrowserAct?

this was both a game changer AND a life saver. as an app/web developer I have had many needs to automate import of data from public but unstructured sources. I cobbled together a script using python and then tried to move to apify but it was really difficult to get it all working together. the intuitive setup interface for browser act got me EXACTLY where I needed to be and the integration has been working consistently and automatically ever since! not having to write or manage any code and just use the intuitive interface makes it easy but also reliable to get the results I need for my applications! I also purchased this on AppSumo with a lifetime deal and that has definitely more than paid for itself in just the time saved! I don't know if they still have that, but if ever they do come back to AppSumo, do not hesitate! I do wish they had a bit more tutorials and guidance to help you get started, especially inline when building out the workflows. And I hope they soon add the ability to just use natural language to describe your flow and have AI scaffold it out for you to refine, but for now, it definitely gets the job done well and quickly! I haven't had any issues with failures at least not any that have interrupted my worfklow or development so although I can't speak specifically to that, it certainly hasn't failed me yet! What do you dislike about BrowserAct?

I do wish it could build the workflows for you automatically. The existing templates aren't easy to modify, and they really should have FAR more pre-built ones to choose from, but I'm hoping these will come eventually! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BrowserAct Tackles Real-World Automation with Sessions, Identity, and Verification Handling"
What do you like best about BrowserAct?

What I like most about BrowserAct is that it focuses on the problems that usually appear after browser automation leaves a controlled testing environment and starts interacting with real websites. During my hands-on testing, I found that session persistence, browser identity management, and the ability to handle verification flows made a noticeable difference compared to traditional automation setups. I also liked that it was straightforward to get started from the CLI without spending time assembling multiple tools and workarounds. The platform feels designed around real-world automation challenges rather than just browser control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserAct?

BrowserAct is still a relatively new platform, so some areas could benefit from more examples, tutorials, and real-world implementation guides. While the core concepts are powerful, new users may need a little time to understand how browser identities, sessions, and workflow management fit together. I would also love to see more hands-on examples covering different production use cases and integrations as the platform continues to grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Data Collection, Impressively Easy to Use"
What do you like best about BrowserAct?

I like how easy BrowserAct is to use. It's extremely impressive that I don't need to do an extensive amount of coding to get it up and running. I just hand it to my agent, and it goes from there. It's really helpful when I'm short on time and need assistance because I don't have a staff. BrowserAct pulls information for me, allowing me to focus on synthesizing and better understanding the data. That's priceless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BrowserAct: Seamless, Intelligent Web Data Extraction with Excellent Support"
What do you like best about BrowserAct?

BrowserAct has been a massive help for our workflow, especially when it comes to extracting and gathering data from the web without a hitch. Instead of wasting hours writing custom scraping scripts or fighting with complex selectors, the interface makes it incredibly easy to set up and run.

From a performance and AI standpoint, it feels intelligent and handles dynamic web elements smoothly, which usually breaks other tools. The integration into our existing pipeline was seamless, saving us significant development time and giving us a massive return on investment almost immediately.

On top of that, the onboarding was smooth, and the support team is outstanding—super responsive, helpful, and actually knowledgeable when you need assistance. Highly recommended if you need a reliable way to automate web data extraction without the usual headaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserAct?

Although it's really easy to use and understand, it didn't click for me at first because the documentation was a bit confusing. Thankfully, their support team stepped in right away and cleared everything up perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automation and Efficiency with BrowserAct"
What do you like best about BrowserAct?

I use BrowserAct for sourcing information for my company, and it makes finding information on competitors and other necessary data so much easier. I love that everything is automated, which is a big plus for me. I also got a great deal on it from AppSumo. Additionally, I enjoy the agent mode, which is pretty nice. Overall, it's good on its own and doesn't really need to be used with other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserAct?

The agent mode can improve because they haven't really updated that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Data Gathering with Intuitive UI"
What do you like best about BrowserAct?

I like that BrowserAct's interface is pretty nice and intuitive, making it easy to use. It allows me to quickly get things done without requiring a ton of coding and complex setup procedures. The initial setup was pretty easy and not hard at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserAct?

It would be nice if we could have an easier workflow to download content like images from various websites. And it would be also nice if we could get a tracker that can integrate with software like Albatto more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized My Real Estate Workflows"
What do you like best about BrowserAct?

I have been using BrowserAct for the past two months in my role as a real estate leasing consultant. It stands out due to its user-friendliness, especially for someone like me who doesn't have programming skills. I can complete configurations by simply describing my needs, which saves me considerable time. Tasks that previously took hours now only require 30 minutes, which frees up time for more critical client communication activities. I appreciate the efficiency of its automated data collection and web automation features, which even support residential IP address simulation. This precision in data collection is unmatched, providing a lower-cost solution that is simpler to learn compared to other products I've tried, like Apify, which felt too complicated. BrowserAct integrates seamlessly with tools like make and n8n, which enhances my workflow significantly. I can design workflows to automate tasks like scraping home listings on Zillow and emailing clients, which was not feasible with other tools. The service and team at BrowserAct are exceptional, offering precise and affordable solutions, with prompt responses and regular updates. I highly value their commitment to providing excellent service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserAct?

I find the challenge lies in how I can describe the tasks I want to automate and collect. I think this requires some thought on my part. Everything else is going smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
