"Advanced Tech that could be made more user-friendly"

What do you like best?

Browsealoud seemed to have all the relevant speech and reading support functionalities we were looking for, and we liked it's advanced text-to-speech function.

What do you dislike?

The ease of use was reportedly not great. The platform also felt slow and the employees decided not to continue using this product beyond the trial run of 2 weeks.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Consider having a full time AI person on staff who can help interface between browse aloud and the rest of the employees who might be unfamiliar with the technology.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were trying to develop a tool to extend our content to people who need reading support. We used Browsealoud for a test run and one the two weeks we tried it, we found it to have nice reading and speech support tools but the ease of use was not great.
