I liked its easy data extraction and data monitoring. It uses AI to sort and identify relevant data from the website making it easier to get the get rather than manual work of copy-pasting. It has competitive pricing. Not free completely. One thing I didn't like was that it doesn't give the option to deselect or remove any part of the selected part of the website while generating the dataset. The way they count tasks seems a little ambiguous, it still confuses us. It took some time to understand how it's calculated. They seem to count a task as any row of data rather than pages scraped. It would be better if they counted pages scraped as some times, if you scrape one page with 100 results, it counts as 100 tasks, which seems a little bit over the top. They also count test results against your credits, it would be better if they waiting until after you finished testing it before using up valueable credits. They also need to add more organizational UI changes, for example when you have 20+ tasks, it gets a bit messy. They need folders for tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
