What do you like best about Brown Paper Tickets?

Easy to set up and run events. Seamless for both users and admins, and it's easy to add discount codes, etc. They also have fantastic customer service, which is great for nonprofits and people who aren't necessarily event professionals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brown Paper Tickets?

They take a somewhat heftier cut on credit card purchases, but you get what you pay for, which is a pretty rad experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
